Inspired by redhed311's post on the survey thread. Thoughts on the Walkers? Were they cute? Boring? I liked them. They were always very sweet - and shy, but Stacey accepted it and just went with the flow when she sat for them. And their parents seemed very cool and laid-back.

Yeah, they're probably some of my favorite clients in the series. The kids were sweet and well-behaved and they weren't overly precocious or babyish. Plus, their parents were really cool.

Honestly I don't pay much attension to the NY and Cali kids, although the Walkers do sound pretty cute though.

In the complete guide it lists Mrs. Walker's first name as Gabrielle. I think in Stacey's Broken Heart Mr. Walker's name is mentioned as Gabriel (thought I could be mistaken). That's funny.

For some reason I got the impression that the Walker kids had dreadlocks or braids. It's so adorable when really little kids have their hair done like that, thought I can't imagine being the person to do it! Two small kids and a million little braids...
These kids seemed well behaved because they were following their parent's examples, not because they were forced into being polite like a lot of kids. I really liked that. The whole family seemed laid back.

No, the first time I remember reading about them was in a Stacey book (of course) and although she didn't say they had braids or dreads something in the way she described them made me think of their hair styled that why.

I barely remember Henry and Grace. The only NY clients I was into was Alistaire and Rowena, though they were just in one book.

Did the girls sit for Henry and Grace when they were in NY or something? I seriously am drawing a blank. I just think of them as kids Stacey used to sit for.

I can barely remember them either! At first I thought you guys were talking about Quint's little siblings. Did they take these two to the museum or something? And Henry got lost?

They're in Stacey's Mistake when they sit for the group of kids (and Henry does get lost in the Musuem of Natural History), Goodbye, Stacey, Goodbye (naturally), and Stacey's Broken Heart.
Can't remember if they were in NY, NY.
The only thing I found very interesting about Alistaire and Rowena was their names! I think Rowena is such a pretty name. Just kind of AMM's idea of what polite, wealthy British children should be. But they were okay.
