I chose Vanessa because she reminds me a lot of myself - minus the rhyming. I do like poetry, though.

I voted Claire. She seems the type to me who would stay bright and bubbly and friendly throughout her life, and be a lot of fun to be around. I was just as silly when I was five, so I don't hold the silliness against her.

Byron, because he is the most original of the triplets... but Fanfiction and RPGs have really warped my thinking on the characters

I've always had a soft spot for Nicky. I always felt bad for him when the triplets excluded him, but I thought he had a lot of good moments too. And Claire always cracks me up

I think Vanessa is my favorite. She sure was a good poet.

I'm starting to like Margo. I've always wondered why she never really puked that much in the earlier books (I may be wrong) where it seemed as if in all likelihood she should have. For instances, eating a banana while reciting poetry in front of an audience and stealing.
She seems like the Erica Blumberg of the Pikes. If they need a random girl Pike, they throw her in there. I guess the alternative would be Vanessa but I don't see her used in that way as much.

Vanessa actually had characteristics. In the beginning, they said Margo was "bossy," but like so many characterizations in the BSC, it was something we were told rather than saw.

My favorite is Vanessa. I was really big on the BSC when I was about 9, and I wanted to be a poet at the time, so I really identified with her. I also tried speaking in rhyme, which surprisingly lasted for a whole day. She also seemed to get less attention than the other kids.
I liked in the "All New Mallory Pike" with the room war how she held her own, but was actually shown wanting to share a room with her younger sisters. I always wanted to see more Vanessa + Margo...I mean they had the same age difference as the BFFs Margo and Claire...but that rarely happened.

I could see those two becoming closer when they are older.

I don't really know why, but Margo is my favorite.
She seems like a huge dork, and she also seems completely oblivious to that, which is probably why I like her. The other Pikes annoy me.

Nicky. Seemed to be the most intresting. The triplets were too obnoxious, Vanessa got on my nerves with the rhyming, and Margo and Claire don't really have that much of a personality yet. Nicky seems to be the most intresting, normal kid.

I'd say Nick probably because I can identify his search for friendship, never fitting in quite perfectly with any group. I also like how he used to play a lot with Buddy Barret (AKA Hamilton Jr.)
