Isn't there a book where someone says Mary Anne cries at store openings (or it might have been closings). Because if i'm not making that up that's my favourite moment! I vaguely remember that--I seriously need to remember which book that was! ;D

Old Yeller is an old Disney movie. Typical story about a boy and his dog...until the dog gets rabies and is shot at the end.
Yeah, MA was reeeally sensitive. Did the girls ever do this eye-roll and tel MA to get a grip? Hmm...maybe they should have.

^ It annoys me when she cries at things like "commercials" and "store openings" and "lost pets" but I can totally relate to bursting into tears because I'm overly sensitive to criticism and things like that. I sometimes cry over almost nothing, too, when people or things upset me. (but actually never cry with traditionally "sad" things like movies and deaths)

I just thought of another (not sure if it's already been mentioned). In one book, I think First Thanksgiving, Mary Anne comes to lunch with her eyes all red and admits she had been crying because they were watching Homeward Bound in one of her classes. I can totally relate. That movie always makes me tear up.

My fave. MA crying moment is the one in The Baby Sitters Club #79,"Mary Anne Breaks The Rules". It happened when everyone(Kristy,Dawn,Stacey,Mallory,Jessi and Claudia) was apologizing for being rude to her and everything, then Mary Anne bursts into tears then cries on Logan's shirt

I liked that Mary Anne crying scene as well, when she is crying into Logan's shirt. He was always so patient with her.
I would not be surprised if Claudia's parents cried at something their daughter was wearing...some of it was just...WOW.

It says a lot about Claudia's parents' tolerance of her that they let her leave the house like that sometimes...
Poor Logan. He put up with a lot.

^ I don't remember that one. What about his shirt got to her? He was at the BSC meeting, right beside her,so when she cried, she cried on his shirt, then Logan said "This shirt needs to be washed anyway". If you still don't remember it,and you have a copy of BSC #79 "Mary Anne Breaks The Rules" check it out,I think that part's near the end.
