Going by the US Social Security listings, Logan was #17 most given boy name and #425 most given girl name for 2013. There were 12,270 boy Logans and 704 girl Logans born last year.

Isn't Logan Wolverine from X-Men's name too? And I bet that there's a fair amount of women having babies now who were Logan/Mary Anne fans (not that anyone is actually naming their kid in honor of Logan Bruno, but you know what I mean).

Greer, Yes Logan is from x-Men. He was born James Howlett. Logan his nickname.

How do you get Logan out of James? I don't do X-Men. Is that Hugh Jackman's character? I would bet more babies are named after him than Logan Bruno, lol.

Logan is listed as an alias, so maybe he chose himself due to his Logan Bruno love yup, it's Hugh Jackman.

Was Logan, at least his looks, inspired by Anthony Michael Hall? I think there's pretty big influence, inspiration, and The Breakfast Club was pretty soon before 1988.

I see more of a Ricky Schroder in Silver Spoons. That ended in 1987.
