I think she's actually from KY (at least that's where my mom said her dad's ranch is. ;D)
No, miley cyrus is from Tennessee....thats where she was born....i remember that i learned "achy breaky heart" when i was in 3rd grade...a 15 year old girl name Josie taught it to me...(she was 15 back then)

i hated Abby at first, but she became my favorite in the portrait collection. i really liked her in Bad Sport. funny because most people i assume would hate Abby in this book, i sided with her, because i know how it can be to want to prove yourself to someone, and perhaps accidently going overboard like Abby did. I like how Abby can be a total b*tch in a lot of her books. and i like how there could be more to her than meets the eye, like she's hiding her feelings for her dad's death, and became sarcastic as a means to hide herself by having a major "tough girl" attitude. i like seeing though the lines and making my own drama lines for characters cuz its just so fun and i'd like to see her and Kristy become a couple cuz i like to slash people. (slash for straight/gay pairings because i LOVE relationships/romance/crushes/budding relationships/angst romances/finding yourself /a young childs first crush/first boyfriend/girlfriend stories i like feeling fluffy inside but i hate those harlequinn romances, or those farfetched romances that have no reality to them. i like real emotion based stuff

I really like Abby. In fact, she is my favourite sitter at the moment. I especially liked her in Abby's Portrait. She is witty and energetic, and very 'real' character in my opinion. I also like how she dares to stand up to Kristy ;D Like Yuffie, I think that she hides her sadness by being sarcastic, loud, and 'tough'. There is definitely more to Abby than what meets the eye.

Abby's one of my favorites, she's very similar to me in a lot of ways and I thought that she was cool. Although I did hold a bit of a grudge against her because I never like it when book series introduce main characters later on.

I never had an issue with Abby. In fact, I thought it was exciting that they were introducing a new sitter.

I felt that they should have just made a person that was already there a sitter. I really liked Mari Drabek for some reason.

I felt that they should have just made a person that was already there a sitter. I really liked Mari Drabek for some reason. I agree. They were already moving in enough families for one-off parts in mysteries and whatever, they could have easily upgraded a secondary character to Babysitter. I'd have to imagine there's only so many houses in Stoneybrook, anyway. I liked Abby because she was a twin and I have twins in my family, and having her around helped me to understand Judaism, but she felt like a weird replacement for Dawn, and I never quite warmed up to her like the others. But her portrait book was my favorite of all the portraits, so she wasn't entirely bad.

^ Agree about her Portrait being best. I also wish they could have upgraded a character but did like Abby pretty well so didn't mind too much. ;D
