Heheh, my friend's sister named my friend's car lolita... she named all the family's car, and Lolita was by far the best out of them. (She also named my friend's mac computer Joel after her old bf.) The christmas I spent in Texas when i was sixteen, we got a palm tree instead of a regular old christmas tree, and i named it Jake... I was going through a Jake phase. I love Abby, she's become one of my favorite sitters. I love her sense of humor... and I love puns...both good and bad, so she usually makes me smile.

This thread makes me want to name my car. Any ideas? If you have a Mustang, you could name it Sally. ;D

I don't really know a lot about Abby, yet.
She came in pretty late in the series.
I wish I had more of her books...

Abby came to the BSC way after I had stopped reading the series. to be honest, when I make up stuff in my head (like the BSC at Hogwarts game) Abby gets left out because I never "knew" her. however, judging by your posts, it seems like I would enjoy the Abby books. A question though...was Stacey ever snobby towards Abby because she (Abby) was from Long Island instead of Manhattan?

It's an abomination to those who don't like Abby. Funny, sarcastic, takes on Kristy (I read Stacey's Broken Heart, and Abby is gold in the series.) She does 'bad' things (like cheating on a test) but gets caught and punished, versus Kristy (and the copycat) flying by. She was lazy at school but did it better then Claudia. And no terriable Long Island accent to boot.

I've still never even read any of her books!

I love how Abby is unconcerned about making it to the BSC meetings at exactly 5:30. I remember a couple of books where she arrives and Kristy's Look is in full force and she's like, "it's 5:32" and Abby says, "oh good, I made it on time!" Hahaha.

Abby is awesome! The only reason I kept reading SM #3 was because she was so hilarious in it.

I've always liked Abby. She seems like she would be a really good friend and I like that she has no fear of Kristy.
