^ The original cover? Yeah, I agree with you.

Oh yeah, the original. I don't think I've seen the updated version.

I hate Stacey on the covers of Goodbye Stacey Goodbye (She looks like a zombie) and Stacey's Choice (Good God, those horse teeth!)
However, the least flattering picture of any BSC member has to be Jessi in her family portrait at the back of her books (Jessi's Scrapbook, the picture of her whole family together). She looks even more like a dude than usual, and that is saying something.

It's probably already been mentioned in previous pages but Andrew is so odd looking on the cover of Kristy's Big Day. I agree, he looks weird kind of like some sort of stepford child. I thought that way supposed to be David Michael though because he was in the wedding and not Andrew but I could be wrong. I can't remember if the kid on the cover was shorter or taller than Karen. Anyway whoever it was bugged me because he was blond and both David Michael and Andrew where shown with brown hair on the covers of LS books. "Kristy's Big Day" came first but still I've always pictured them both with brown hair.

^I always pictured them both with brown hair too, so that also bugged me. Plus, he just looks so creepy on that cover, like a weird little gremlin or something. His face is not right.

I always saw him as blond in my head...it was mostly his angry face that got to me.

I always pictured Andrew as blond, too! When was he described as having brown hair?

Thanks. Karen's goldfish is the first BSC book of any kind that I ever read and I realized that's always how I picture Karen and Andrew in my head. The Later Karen illustrations that portray her with thinner lips have always annoyed me, but I never noticed the other Andrews.

Man, Karen is SO dorky looking with those honkin' glasses! I always thought Andrew was blonde, too.

I hate Stacey on the covers of Goodbye Stacey Goodbye (She looks like a zombie) and Stacey's Choice (Good God, those horse teeth!) I HATE the pic of Stacey on Stacey's Choice. I always said she had horse teeth there, too. I can't believe that out of all the Stacey cover pictures, someone decided it was a good idea to put the Stacey Horseteeth picture in the sidebar of the new-cover books. I always thought of Andrew as blonde, too.

Isn't Andrew a blonde on Baby-sitter's on Board?

Seriously! On the other hand, for someone who's described as being so gorgeous, Stacey doesn't look so great on most of her covers.
ETA: Whenever I saw a brown-haired boy on a Karen cover, I just assumed he was David Michael! I'm positive Andrew is blond -- and hair color is a pretty big thing to get wrong in a cover illustration. I guess I had too much faith in the illustrator. Did Hodges Soileau do the LS covers, too?

No, I can't think of the artist's name right now. I know she's a woman though and that she did both the cover art and the illustrations inside the LS book.
