I love Jeff's chapter in Bridesmaids, too. Usually his humor annoys me, though. Abby's too. I tend to find Stacey's subtle sarcasm much funnier.

I like where either jessi or mallory admit that they like to pretend they're horses.
Interesting that there is no mention of abby, bsc comedienne, on this thread.

I like the part in Claudia and the Middle School Mystery where she's trying to get Shawna to admit to cheating by throwing in words about being a sneak and a cheater during class. So silly of Claudia.
I also like how Carolyn Arnold seems to lose her mind over the time machine in Mary Anne's Makeover.

I like where either jessi or mallory admit that they like to pretend they're horses. That always disturbed me, actually...I'd always picture Mallory crawling around her room and neighing while eating carrots or something.

Jeff's chapter in "Here comes the bridesmaids" always cracked me up, that is always how I felt at family reunions. Magentanation I love your signature!

Me too. Only I can't figure out which one is Stacey and which one is Dawn in the first one.

Thanks you guys! Stacey is the blonde on the left, Dawn is on the right. I followed the same order for the 2nd picture.

Thanks. I thought she might be the second one but wasn't completely sure.

Jeff's chapter in "Here comes the bridesmaids" always cracked me up, that is always how I felt at family reunions. Magentanation I love your signature! Me too. I felt like this at my graduation party, too, more than any other time in my life. This chapter reminds me of that every time. I think it's funny when the girls daydream, too. Some of them get pretty elaborate. As for Mal and Jessi pretending to be horses, I never really thought much about it because I used to show horses and found it a very common thing for kids who really like horses (even after they get to be almost as old as Mal and Jessi are supposed to be) to play. They even do things like putting bridles around each others necks and "loping" around. (Yes, I was one of those who did participate when I was about 7 or 8, though ;D) Also remember playing "horse show" on my bike.

How do you play horse show on a bike? Wouldn't that be dangerous?

Mostly we just had one person pretend to be the "announcer" and say things like "walk your ponies" and we would all ride really slow and then speed up for trot and go faster for lope or canter. We also tried posting for the English classes but that didn't work too well. ;D We got "points" for things like the best circles and best speed changes for "pleasure" (which is judged on the horse) and for sitting up straight and putting our chins up, stuff like that, in equitation (which is judged on the rider). Pretty stupid but we had fun ;D

I loved the beginning of a chapter in Stacey Vs. The BSC which has a list of the things Stacey wants to buy on her shopping trip. At the bottom of the list is "radishes" in different handwriting. She then says "That last one was added by my mom." I thought it was hilarious.

^ I remember that whole chapter being pretty funny ;D I always enjoy Stacey's humor and actually think she's one of the funniest sitters (at least to me).
