I like this book. Poor Stacey, I can't imagine not being able to eat chocolate and stuff like that - reading these books about Stacey's diabetes put the fear in my head at a young age that I would get diabetes, too, and I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to eat chocolate. My grandmother had it, and she wasn't supposed to eat sweet things, but she would always tell me to get her a Mr. Freezie. And I would say, 'Nan, you're not allowed to eat that!' and she was like 'Oh, I'm old, that won't hurt me!' So I'd get one for me and one for her... ;D aww, I love that memory She was so sneaky! Anyway, I was going to ask you all, it's weird but the first time I read this book I remembered thinking that it seemed longer. I picked it up and I was like wow, this one feels thicker.. is it a mystery? Then I realized it was just a normal book. It was weird. Is this book actually a little longer, or was it just my imagination? (I did get the book second hand, from my cousin, I think. Maybe the pages were a little splayed out from where she had possibly laid the book down open, making the book feel thicker, or something).

I used to like those freezie pops, too. I always ate one after playing in the sprinkler when I was a kid. ;D I don't think those really have that much sugar in them. At first, I was thinking a Mr. Freezie was like a Frosty or a Blizzard. ;D

I loved those too ;D. My mom used to give them to me whenever I had a fever to help me cool down. The blue ones were my favorite ;D.

I always ate one after playing in the sprinkler when I was a kid. ;D I don't think those really have that much sugar in them. ;D Not to be argumentative, but those are all sugar. Their contents are water, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, a list of things with polysyllabic words I can't possibly remember, 10% fruit juice (in the plus ones) and artificial color. I used to like them too. I want to get rid of everything in my diet that contains the HFCS, because it's WAY worse for you then sugar, and it really kind of skeezes me out, so the Fla-Vor-Iceys went away

Flav-r-Ices! God, those things were awesome, except I hated the pink and blue ones they added and was annoyed by that to no end. It took me long enough to develop a taste for the red ones! I never did manage to like the blue, despite their being the prettiest...

The pink and purple ones were my FAVORITES! (Which is funny because I don't actually like those colors very much.) I'll send you my red ones if you give me your pink!
