I'd love to hear about your Hallowen'en plans! It can be anything ... from what your planning to dress up as or parties you plan to attend or stories you want to share! This is my first time being able to hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. I hope I still can because I *have* to work that night. I'm not planning on dressing up this year and I'm not going to any parties I've been reading Fear Street and RL Stine's Goosebumps - along with Halloween BSC books - to get in the mood

I've never 'done' Halloween before, because we think of it as an American holiday. But this year I am going to two parties, a singles party on Halloween (again, my sis is dragging me) and a Housewarming Halloween on the 9th Nov.

I'm going to dress up as a witch and if possible, go to the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade.

My husband and some friends and I went on a Halloween pub crawl last night. The group that organizes it rents a bus for the night, and it's all decorated, and everyone dresses in costume and takes the bus to different bars and pubs. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to drink at all because I've been having so many dizzy spells lately and haven't had alcohol in a long time, but I found that as long as I also ate plenty throughout the night, I could have a couple of drinks.
It was unusually warm last night, which was convenient because I was wearing my Black Swan costume and it's normally way too cold here at the end of October to be going around in a leotard and tights (I did have a jacket whenever I was outside, though). This year the temperature actually cooperated with me! The reason I went with that costume this year was because I wore it for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party last month at Disney World since it was comfortable for the weather in Florida.

I don't have plans for Halloween outside of dressing up for work, but I finally went out and got a costume; I'm going to be a purple crayon!

^I'm not a purple fan, but what a cute costume idea. I love it. I don't have any Halloween plans outside of enjoying a "treat" in cake form. Maybe I'll read a BSC Halloween book since no kids seem to ever come trick or treating.

i went to knott's scary farm last weekend. i was so freaking scared the whole time but it was a lot of fun! but i'm not doing anything tonight. last year we had some really pushy trick-or-treaters so i just feel like avoiding the whole thing.

No trick or treaters I assume it has something to do with the rain. Oh well. I ate the bag of candy that I got last week anyway
