The Muppet Christmas Carol is my favorite adaptation of the story (hard to believe that it's 20 years old), but I also like Mickey's version. The Muppet Family Christmas is also good...wish that one was out on DVD, period! I LOVE A Muppet Christmas Carol! It is honestly my favourite EVER Christmas movie, and I love a lot of them. I also only just this past year heard about A Muppet Family Christmas and want to watch this SO BAD! But yeah, not on DVD My favourite Christmas TV episiodes... I know I love the Full House one where they get stranded at the airport, and the Seventh Heaven one where Simon gives Ruthie his favourite Christmas pyjama's.... I also know there's a good Boy meets Worls one with Corey giving his present to Shaun... Oh so many good shows! I love that airport episode too

^ I still watch TGHWG every year, if I can. I also love Frasier Christmas episodes! "Perspectives on Christmas" and "Merry Christmas, Mrs. Moscowitz" are my favorites. I can't believe I forgot "Home Alone!" Love that one...the scene with Kevin and Old Man Marley in the church is one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. I also love "Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas." The Muppets really do a good job with the holidays, don't they?

All editions are going to have some cuts from when it was on tv, but the most recent ones (the ones that date from the point where Disney took over the Muppets) have Kermit cut out of them entirely. I bought an older version of the DVD used that still had good old Kermit included.

Why would they have Kermit cut out off the DVD?

^ It has to do with the rights that Disney has over the Muppets vs. what Jim Henson's company had or something. Kermit was cut out of the newer editions of "The Christmas Toy," too.

^I love The Christmas Toy! My family taped it off of TV in the 80s or 90s (and we still have it), so fortunately Kermit is in our version.

^ My mom has a store-bought VHS of "Christmas Toy" with Kermit. I don't mind having him cut out of that one as much as I would if my own version of "Emmet" didn't have him in it.

^ I watched Home Alone II last week (as it was on TV). Also, I'm glad that so many of us watch TWHWG -- It's a MA and A classic!

I normally watch my Christmas movies between Thanksgiving and December 25th only, but I think I might give a couple of them a rewatch before they go back into the Christmas box for the year.

My favorite Christmas movies are: -Prancer -The Angel of Pennsylvania Avenue -Three Days -A Season for Miracles -One Magic Christmas -Booky's Secret Santa One Magic Christmas is my brother's favourite Christmas movie. We watched it on Netflix this year, and I was surprised to see that it was on American Netflix (if you change some Internet settings, you can get American Netflix in Canada, which we do because it has more choices), but I guess that's because it's technically Disney. I haven't seen the Booky TV movies, but I've read the trilogy about a million times, so I probably should watch them. Also, I love Megan Follows, of course.

The Polar Express is my new favorite. I was going to buy it this year but couldn't find it. I watched it one night on ABC Family.
