We're overlooking the obvious- decorating Easter eggs in Karen's Easter Parade!

I don't know if we have that book or not, but I was trying to recall if there was a Karen Easter book. I remember the book with the bunny, but only vaguely cause I wasn't the one who bought it.

Isn't there eggs in one of the Sea City books? Maybe Boy Crazy Stacey? I remember Mr. Pike making a big breakfast for the kids consisting of scrambled eggs and he tries to make sure there's food around that Stacey can eat, too.
This thread reminded me that I've seen commercials on lately dedicated to promoting eggs and unique ways that you can cook and serve them.

Good Memory, Virgo. Mr. Pike is making omelets, bacon, and danish in "Boy Crazy Stacey." He asks Stacey to help him cook on the premise of making sure she can eat the food. Unfortunately she can't, except for the bacon so he makes her some plain scrambled eggs and toast.

Right! Stacey says no, no to the processed cheese in the omelet!

^Eggsactly and she is very disappointed in not being able to eat the danish, either. IIRC, she tells us how cheese danish used to be her very favorite breakfast food pre-diabetes. Now I will have to read this, my favorite Sea City book, soon.

Just read this in another thread
If you spin an egg on its side and it spins fast, it's hard-boiled. If it spins slowly, it's raw. (from Mary Anne in Sea City, Here We Come!).

Up above I mentioned seeing lots of eggs advertised on a commercial. If anyone is interested, the recipes can be found at www.eggs.ca

In Dawn and the Impossible Three Claudia and Stacey muck up their hair with egg rinse once a week to give it more body. They also squeeze lemon juice from real lemons to make it shine. yeesh yuck!

Oh yeah, I've heard about Claudia doing that in more than one book. It made me think of Ramona Quimby cracking the egg on her head LOL
I finally read Karen's Bunny, and here are the following eggsperiences:
1) She decorates eggs she's cut out with glitter and zig zag designs for Granny in the guestroom 2) She makes a pink egg easter card for Mommy 3) She wakes up to a basket full of easter chocolates and all kinds of easter egg treats

I've done lemon juice, but that was to make it blonder. I don't think I'd ever put eggs on my hair, though. Just the thought makes my head feel dirty!

Can't you put eggs on your face for a good face mask? I think you have to separate the yolks from the whites first though.
