Normally BSC's plots were wrapped up neatly in a nice little bow, no more mystery behind them. But does anyone wonder about what happened in those instances?
One of my favorite BSC books is Claudia and The Terrible Truth, which is about abused children who end up being whisked away by their mother to protect them from their father. We never hear about them again, we just hear that Mrs. Nichols (the mother) is considering divorce and keeping the boys away from him forever unless he got some help. I always wondered if they stayed in New York or if she ended up going back to him. I like to think it wasn't the latter.
Also, the Addison kids in Claudia and the Sad Goodbye. I know they moved away and at the end of the book, their parents seem to be turning around, but did they really stop just shipping them off everywhere?
As well as Susan, from Kristy and The Secret of Susan.
Anyone else have plots they wonder about?

Well, Susan reappeared in European Vacation, so that plotline has been resolved, from what I remember. Though I think the plotline with Susan's mom should have been resolved. She was pregnant in Kristy and the Secret of Susan and as far as I know, we don't know whether or not she gave birth and if Hope was healthy.

The Addisons were in later books. I think it's good that they never really solved their issues. It's more realistic.

I also would have liked to hear more about Mrs. Felder's baby. Lucy Newton, Laura Perkins and Andrea Prezzioso were all born during the series and the BSC sat for them, so it would have been nice to see the same happen with Hope.

I agree about Hope and cool idea for a thread Based on that same book, Kristy and the Secret of Susan, I wish James Hobart had kept in touch with or had some extra interaction with Susan and/or his family. Same with he and Kristy bonding in that book. I thought James' care for Susan was super sweet and genuine and it was sad that lasted only one book. I am not a ghost or ghost story fan, not my interest but I would have loved more info on Jared Mullray. Mallory and the Mystery Diary is one of my favorite BSC books. Buddy is awesome and it was cool to read about him Mal and later Stacey being detectives together. I also wish he and Charlotte had teamed up. I just thought it was disappointing when Dawn couldn't find (and apparently never looked again)? for the History of Stoneybrooke book about Jared. Sort of along the above lines, well in terms of the secret passage, one of my very favorite Touched by an Angel episodes is called The Sign of the Dove. That story features the underground railroad. I always thought there must be at least one other house near Dawn and MA's that was a stop, maybe even Jenny P's since she lives next door or the Stones, though I realize in some books they live also next door and in others way, way across town but still sort of neighbors. That book Abby and the Best Kid Ever was not a best BSC to me. I did think it could have been much better told. I would love to know how Kyle, Mara, and I forgot the other girl's name from Mystery at the Mall (the three kids living in the mall) are doing and just how they did begin living there. A lot of you know in my heart the characters will always be as we first knew and loved them. I am not too interested in thinking about them aging (if they had)or later in life. That said, I wish Emily Michelle has gone to at least one day of school to our knowledge and Andrew had been allowed to turn 5. I know those are not mysteries though. The biggest mystery on Bradford Court: How do Claudia and Janine sneak in their junk food consistently and when do they enjoy it together? I want to believe they did so again like the taffy in #2. All right, how can their parents, especially for Claudia, not know about the candy?!

Yes, I want to know, too. about sneaking candy into they're rooms. Didn't Mr. Or Mrs. Kishi, Check they're rooms? Surely, they're parent's will catch on. They had buy the candy at the store. Hide it in they're school bag or coat pocket. Sneak pass they're parents. Unless, they're parents were at work. I wish Claudia, explain how she sneak candy in the room. What would she say, if she got caught, sneaking candy into her room?

^I agree, Buttercup, what would she say and how did young Claudia manage? Or did Kristy and Mary Anne help her stock up at Jugtown?

The kids at the mystery mall and Mrs felders baby. Hope being all happy and healthy. Maybe the bsc sat for her with all the other infants. The kids at the mystery mall would be interesting because I wondered if there mom got better.
