How about college? Skip forward a few years, and have them getting into their freshman year.

Yeah, a reunion or Australia, lol. I also would hate to see the horribly spelt accents too...

How about college? Skip forward a few years, and have them getting into their freshman year. I would love to see a book like that. If only Ann Martin would actually write it....I'm dying to see what the sitters would end up doing by that age. A part of me considers writing to her and persuading her to do it, but then I know I'd probably just be wasting my breath...or paper. ;D

^ I'm so glad to hear you say that since I was about to post and say I was probably alone but actually don't want any books that take place in the future. I don't like change - I think that's one reason I like the BSC books but not the FF or CA Diaries, even. ;D

I prefer to imagine what happened to the BSC and not have a definitive answer. Look at how much fanfiction is based off of what people think happened to the BSC--that's why i don't want a reunion book either. I don't mind CA diaries or FF, but i want the BSC itself to retain its innocent quality.

^ I do, too. I think the loss of innocence is what I didn't like about the CA Diaries. I would love more vacation books, though, that take place when they are 13 because I really need a vacation right now. ;D

^I'd like to see them go to Japan too. I'd like to read about them wearing kimonos and those high wooden slippers/sandals and using chopsticks. ;D I can just imagine them sitting around in Tokyo and using words like "dibble" and "fresh". People would think they were crazy!
