Hmmm... let's see my husband and I have been so many places with his company, and my favorite has been Savannah, Ga. It is so historical! No, I haven't been to Paula Deen's resturant, but we went by it on the trolley tour. (We didn't know who she was, at the time her show was new! ) Savannah, is supposed to be haunted, and it would make a great story!

^Sounds cool. I wouldn't mind the BSC in Savannah. It seems like a neat city.

I totally want a super special where they travel in time and space. I figure it wouldn't be that far out of the realm of plausibilty, considering how many times they have restarted eighth grade and traveled to various locations in one year. ;D
I think the schafer spier fight in 64 would have been great as a longer installment. We could have gotten a chapter from Jeff, Dawn, and Mary Anne. But that actually points out the flaw in the SS system. It seems like they had to involve all the sitters in the Super Specials, which, to me anyway, seems kind of dumb. Why did we have to read Mallory and Kristy chapters in Aloha BSC? Or Kristy and Claudia (and whoever else it was) at the beginning of Sea City Here We come? There was no real purpose for them to have chapters that have nothing to do with the book.

^ Agreed. I didn't realize until I started writing my Sea City fanfic how little time is actually spent IN Sea City in SS #10. I'll skim through it to find something, and it'll be like... hm, Claudia at summer school, Kristy and the Krushers... Mary Anne and Dawn at camp... wait, here's a Sea City chapter... wait, they're actually EVACUATING Sea City... cooped up in a smelly gym for several chapters... annnd, now they're back home.
I don't think some of the sitters even GOT Sea City chapters, even though they were all there at some point...

Being Canadian, I always wanted the girls to come visit my country. I still think that would be cool, except I shudder a little over the thought of having all of the Canadian characters say "oot and aboot" or "eh" at the end of each sentence. While the ghosties did an all right job with the French-Canadian characters in SS15, I don't have complete faith in them. I'd like to see the girls visit Ottawa or Montreal. Toronto's a cool city, but I think it would be too much like the NY, NY super special. I wouldn't mind seeing them go out east, to Newfoundland or P.E.I. maybe (MA would love all of the Anne of Green Gables stuff in P.E.I., I'm sure!), but it all goes out to seeing too much of the "oot and aboot" stereotypes in the books. Very few Canadians (at least, that I know of) actually say it like that.

"I totally want a super special where they travel in time and space."
I was thinking about this recently as well. All I could come up with was that Karen would somehow "stow away" on the rocket and that Jessi would want to dance in zero gravity.

I want them to come visit me in Alaska. I think I'm going to start writing that one, so I won't share any of my awesome plot points right now.

^ How about a grizzly bear? I think of moose as being Canadian more so than Alaskan.

I would like it if they went to Alaska. Imagine if they saw Sarah Palin after the election or during the election. ETA: I would like one in which they traveled to every continent (including Antarctica) along with a super special where they traveled to multiple national parks (the national parks they visit are in the U.S. when I imagine this super special). A super special that involves Jurassic Park and The Mummy sounds interesting. It'll be interesting to see how they try to survive the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park and in The Mummy, how they try to stop the resurrected mummy and their servants/army.
