This is easy. Just think of kids from a book, movie or TV show. The previous person will assign you a sitter, and you choose the kids, and you guess the sitting job.
So for example, say I get, I don't know, Dawn. She is assigned to babysit the kids from "The Simpsons".
The job goes mostly okay. Dawn recognizes Bart's hyperactivity and tendency towards sitter-torturing instantly, not without Lisa mentioning it, and manages to get him out of the house as he's old enough to go around on his own during the afternoon. Meanwhile, Lisa and Dawn get talking, especially since they're both into the same causes and by the end, they're both taking tips from each other about how to fight for what they believe in. Maggie is napping for most of the job, but when she wakes up, she shows some interest in the conversation and doesn't seem too worried at a new face.
Okay, next sitter: Abby.

Abby's fifteen and on a trip to London, babysits eleven-year-old Harry Potter one summer when the Dursleys take off.
She makes exciting, interesting discoveries about Harry and is moved by his rather sad childhood essentially as a parentified child with the dysfunctional Dursleys.
Reticent, quiet Harry, who is even shier than Mary Anne, is at first reluctant, but eventually allows Abby to discuss his case with the rest of the BSC.
They devise a plan, meet with Dumbledore and McGonagall and let them know about the mess Harry has endured.
There, the BSC discover an entire new world of magic and realize that witches and wizards do exist.
Looks like Kristy's little stepsister Karen was onto something, although Ms. Porter is a muggle.
Next - Mary Anne
