Well Elizabeth to me sorta was Not patient with Karen and would get upset with her Easily. I don't care for her much at all in Karen's Stepmother, I mean COME ON!!!!! Elizabeth is not even Karen's Mom! Also Karen really hasen't known Elizabeth "that long" since Technicly Watson Married Elizabeth that same "year". And She (Elizabeth) Dosen't seem to spend much time with her "Children."

I would say Ms. Colman. She is a very kind hearted teacher. She reminds me of my teacher.

I'm not sure whether to pick Ms. Colman or Seth. I like how kind and patient Ms. Colman is. And I like how Seth is a good father to Karen and Andrew.

I decided that my favorite adult is Ms. Colman because she's patient with her students and she seems like she's a really good teacher.

I vote for Charlie. I like him. He's like cool brother to Karen & Andrew.

I have to admit that Seth looked hot in some illustrations/covers. Maybe I just have a thing for guys with facial hair.

I have been reading through a lot of the LS threads, now that I have become a fan of the books. My vote goes to Seth. I just did read Karen's Turkey Day. In one scene when Seth comes home very late from work, Karen tells him about the good dinner she, Andrew, and their mom had and that they missed him. Seth replied that he was sorry he missed the great meal but sorrier he must spending time with Karen. I thought that was so very sweet. One of my favorite other holiday book Seth moments is when he was more excited about Christmas than Andrew or Karen. I'm not sure which LS that was in but I think the Little House family was getting ready to decorate and Seth was really into the spirit of things. Off the top of my head, the only time I didn't like Seth at all was in Karen's Tattletale. He (and Lisa) were horrible to expect their two young children to be responsible for Midgie. Lisa, sometimes, does come across as not as endearing or maybe just not as open as Seth, but overall I do like her better than Elizabeth. Elizabeth is generally a whole lot more likeable (to me) in the LS than in the BSC, same with Nannie outside of Cooking contest and all the adults in Karen's Birthday.

Virgo, I'd say that's TMI, but...I'm *really* hoping my dh will grow a beard when we're out of the Army for good and all! He looks heart-stoppingly good with one.

My boyfriend can't really grow a beard. He has patches of desert on his face. Of course, he hates shaving and I have to go after him about it for weeks.

^ My beard grows in patchy too. It's annoying. And being a teacher, I'm not realy "allowed" to grow my facial hair out because that's seen as unprofessional. I think that's annoying too, haha.

My choir director had a beard.
I also had a male teacher once who said he thought men who grew beards were "hiding" some aspect of themselves. That's always stuck with me, lol.

^My Dad has a beard and when I was little it was much fuller and than today. My Grandma always wanted him to get rid of it and one of the reasons was she felt he was hiding beneath all the hair. Lol, I think the JHS band director had a beard. The choir director when I was in HS, was a lady. On the facial hair topic, I have always preferred guys to be completely clean shaven. And Virgo as long as your beard is tidy and clean, which I know it would be, I don't think its right for the school to decide that for you.
