As a kid I loved Stacey's and attempted to copy it whenever possible - although I had many stern reprimands about the hearts, which was a relief in a way, because I didn't realise how time consuming it was to write anything whilst having to draw little hearts over every "i"! These days my handwriting is probably most like Abby's. The BSC used to rave about Mary Anne's lovely handwriting, but I didn't like it much, too difficult to read. Kristy's handwriting is nice and neat, but Jessi's is simply ridiculous. What eleven yr old writes like that!

Probably Dawn's. Although mine's probably too messy for all of them.
Isn't it weird that they're always so neat and perfect? Who do you think writes the entries? All one person or a bunch of different people? I find it funny that Stacey can be furious, but still take the time to neatly draw every little heart. The only time time it's messy (besides maybe Claudia's) is when they're writing in the car/bus/train and then they deliberately make it all squiggly.

Yeah, I always thought their handwriting was ridiculously neat as well. Plus, it always seemed ridiculous that no one but Claudia ever had any misspellings.
Personally, I think it's all the same person writing the entries. Certain aspects of the writing look similar for some reason.

I've always loved Mary Anne's handwriting. My print is probably more like Dawn's though. I liked Kristy's handwriting, too. I used to write like Stacey in, like, the 7th grade. Then I stopped. Geni

I liked Mallory's handwriting! Mal's, Abby's and Dawn's were my favourites, because they were the easiest to read. Oh, I love Shannon's, as well. Did anyone else think it was strange that Logan wrote in all capital letters?

Yeah, I like Shannon's. It is so rigid and formal. And sorry to say, but Jessi's handwriting is the most like mine, except mine's more slanted.

My favorites were Kristy's and Mallory's as well. I thought Kristy's cursive was very neat, and exactly the way a 13-year-old would write. My cursive (which I rarely write in) looks a lot like hers, just not as neat. And I thought Mallory's handwriting was very normal for an 11-year-old. I write mostly in print now, and mine is a combination of Mallory's and Dawn's.
I liked Mary Anne's handwriting, and it seemed to fit her personality a lot. Claudia's was a mess and I thought it was too boyish. I tried doing the hearts like Stacey, but it just took too much time.

Yeah, I like Shannon's. It is so rigid and formal. Although in the inconsistent world of BSC, in Dawn's Family Fued, Shannon has a notebook entry in which her handwriting is more like Abby's! I think every BSC member's handwriting was appropriate for their character. Except maybe Mallory's.

There are a couple of inconsistencies... I think there are some where Abby's is cursive.
Claudia's was horrible! Even when the words were spelled correctly, it still looked wrong. It was so... squished.

I've always liked Dawn's handwriting, and Kristy's is easy to read, too. I've never understood why they always said Mary Anne had the neatest writing of the bunch. Hers and Jessi's were really difficult to read. Claudia's was annoying, too, even if you took out all the misspellings. Mallory's handwriting was very realistic for an 11 year old. Jessi's was just ridiculous, though.

Yeah, I agree. As far as cursives go, Kristy does seem to have the neatest handwriting to me.

I just read SS #15, European Vacation, and I noticed that Robert writes in all capitals as well. But Logan's is neater. But still! Why do they write in all capitals?!? Do people really do that in real life?

I've noticed its only the boys who write in all caps. Maybe they think it's more masculine or something. Seems weird though. As a kid, I thought it might've been an American thing.

Well, in the U.S. military everbody writes in capital letters. It's supposedly called "recruit handwriting."
