For some reason, she was always a favorite of mine. I found her "silly-billy-goo-goo" stuff cute and kind of funny. I also thought her relationship with Margo was sweet. It was nice to see two Pike kids that actually liked each other

I hated her softball tantrums... Though I suppose it's pretty impressive that she only has softball tantrums.

^ ;D I see your point, don't worry. I guess I liked the kids that weren't so perfect all the time (Myriah Perkins, for example )

She was annoying at first, but grew on me over time. Guess she wore me down.

I liked her silly-billy-goo-goo, too. I used to call other people that sometimes, especially my students who got a kick out of it

I love Claire!! I think she's so cute!
Yeah at 5 she may be a bit old for the silly billy goo goo stuff, BUT in a family of like, 96 people, I'm sure clinging to being "the baby" is practically the only way she could make herself stand out.
and "nofe air! nofe air!" is just too funny.

I hated the silly-billy-goo-goo thing, but in general I liked Claire. I agree, her relationship with Margo was really sweet. I'm not that fond of the Pikes, but Claire always seemed pretty cute.

When I first started reading the books I didn't mind Claire but then she got annoying. Now I find her silly billy goo goo stuff endearing. And word on her friendship with Margo. Although I have to wonder why Margo never got fed up with always being with her little 5 year old sister.

Maybe Claire is the only one that still finds puking funny? I dunno. I like their relationship. Although I probably would have dumped Claire if I were Margo. That silly-billy-goo-goo seems would get on my nerves.

She didn't do silly-billy-goo-goo that much, did she? Like, in ordinary conversation.

Yeah I wonder why Margo never had a problem being with Claire all the time, either. At their ages, 7 and 5, I think two years is just enough for the older child to feel superior to the younger one. I wonder why Margo didn't boss Claire around more, or treat her as more of a "baby" sister.

I have always thought that Claire was a great kid. I used to smile at her 'silly-billy-goo-goos' which were really sweet.
