Just wondering which charge is your favorite to read about - not necessarily the easiest for the BSC to sit for but the most entertaining for us readers to hear about.

Just out of Karen and Jamie? I know with Jamie it's usually either a) OMG he's so cute, I love him! or b) He's soooo annoying with the hi-hi, I don't like him! with not much of a middle ground... but compared to Karen? The girl doesn't stand a chance.

^ Yeah I agree with that Karen doesn't stand a chance. Jamie has that cute factor, although . . .

I liked Jamie because he seemed normal, compared to the girls who skipped grades and won pageants. I liked him because he acted like a normal 3 year old, and because he is cute.

Definitely Jamie. He sounded so adorable.

I love Jamie but also like Karen really well in the LS books. In some ways she reminds me of myself - ahhhhh! (In lots of other ways - the bossiness, etc. - she's like my little cousin, too).

Well given only those two choices, I'll go with Karen. I love Jamie of course, but he's already got a lot of votes. "Not necessarily the easiest but most entertaining" describes Karen. I wouldn't mind playing Let's All Come In with her.

Glad to hear there's another Karen fan. I love her in the Little Sister books and always want to play Let's Come In. Hmmm... we could probably think of some interesting new characters. Maybe there's a way to play it online

Lets All Come In always sounded kinda fun, but it also seems like the type of game that is fun to prepare for and once you actually start, there's not much to do. Kinda like when her and Hannie play office all the time. Setting up would be fun, but now what? My issue with Karen is her obsession with the supernatural (I know I've prob said that a thousand times! lol), it just BORES the crap out of me.

I think Karen's more interesting to read about. I'm not interested in reading about her playing Let's All Come In, though. Anything that she does except that.

I enjoyed the game of Let's All Come In when Mary Anne (I think) and David Michael made up new characters. Although it seems realistic for a kid to repeat the same characters, reading about them more than once wasn't so much fun.

I guess Karen because she reminds me of the way I used to act when I was little

I like Karen for the most part, despite most people's view of her as annoying. She CAN be bossy, but I don't think she's horrible. And who knows? Let's All Come In might be kind of fun.
And as for Jamie, he sounds adorable. I think the "hi-hi" is kind of cute. Plus I love how he's such a devoted big brother to Lucy. If it's between him & Karen, he's definitely my pick.

I'm in the minority, but I voted for Karen. Jamie is cute and fun and definitely a lot easier to handle, but Karen and her wacky ideas about Morbidda Destiny etc. are a lot funnier to read about. I remember in Kristy's Great Idea Karen telling Mary Anne that dolls are real and can tan and break dance and do everything that people can do. ;D
