^ That's a little scary. ;D I can't stand any reality shows and that one sounds especially bad. I wouldn't be able to stand watching it even to snark at because the girls would make me way too mad.

I liked Andrew! I thought he was really cute. I also never had any real Karen issues, although she definetely wasn't among my favorites. She lost a lot of my love though when she was so mean to poor Andrew in Karen's worst day, after he got a haircut. The poor little guy (ok, lot of Andrew love going on here), Karen's reaction was totally uncalled for! He had been so nice to her all morning! On an unrelated note - I really disliked Michelle Tanner. She always annoyed the crap out of me, I loved Stephanie, though. I also liked Andrew! I think he's adorable! He's very cute on the book cover(the new book cover) of the BSC #6,"Kristy's Big Day"

^ She's a Two-Two! She needs two of everything, naturally. Going back to the Karen/Harry Potter thing for a moment, I can definitely see her getting into the series. I can also see her being convinced that she's going to go to Hogwarts at age 11. I'm sure she'd say something like "I am going to Hogwarts! I am sure that I am going to be in Gryffindor. Andrew, when you go to Hogwarts you will in the Hufflepuff house" etc. That would've gotten old pretty fast. ;D I have mixed feelings about Karen. I did like her in the LS, but mainly because I was around her age when I first read them. Now, she reminds me of Michelle Tanner, as some of you have mentioned. No matter what she says or does, even if it's actually rude or wrong, everyone just laughs and thinks it's cute. It bugs me that Karen (and Michelle, for that matter!) gets away with everything. I can relate to Karen's obsession with ghosts, witches, etc. I was sort of like her in that way, though I never believed that a ghost lived in the attic. As for Andrew, I'm not too sure about him. He's sort of cute, but I also see him being whiney and wimpy. But I have to admit he was pretty adorable in SM#1, when he looks around for frogs and toads. For some reason, I found that very endearing!

Yeah, I don't mind the ghosts and witches stuff either, I think it's fun. Except when she goes on and ON about Morbidda Destiny...

^ I agree with thinking the ghost and witches stuff can be pretty fun. Even the BSC members seem to believe it to some degree, especially in the early books.

I think the ghost and witches stuff with Karen is fun too, especially during Halloween. It actually is one of my favorite parts of LS books too for some reason.

^ I love Karen's Ghost and the whole ghost/witches thing around Halloween, too. The LS holiday books are the best.

I just found Karen acting like a brat and getting yelled at! Kristy and the Missing Fortune! Karen picks up Emily, Emily protests, Karen DROPS emily on the floor, and Kristy sends Karen to time out. Then Emily and Andrew fall asleep on the couch, and it sounds really cute.

That's definitely one instance where no one can defend Karen I think Kristy asked her to put her down, right? That was totally mean of her to drop her.

^Karen had her good and bad moments, like most children do. That however was really mean! I will have to repeat booboobrewer, "Poor Emily!"
I really liked Andrew. I thought he seemed so cute with his "Yep" in the first book and he put up with a lot of Karen's drama. It would be fun to see them as teenagers.

To me Andrew was a little too babyish. He kind of annoyed me. Karen was annoying a lot, too. Her "active imagination" got on my nerves. Although I did enjoy her hatred of Pamela.
