Nicky Pike - Being one of eight children and not feeling like you really belong with any of them would be a pretty huge rejection to take time and time again.
Going off to hide alone when he's rejected by his brothers and feeling really down is what I'd say is possible depressed behaviour.

Do you guys think as the Pike boys got older the triplets would become more accepting of Nicky, or not?

^How much older are we talking about? I think they'd act the same way towards Nicky until they were out of high school. Eventually the three of them would have to break away from each other and deal with other people on their own. Their relationships with all of their family members would probably change. Plus with Nicky, it's only a two year difference. Ten and 8 may seem worlds apart, but 23 and 21 are basically the same thing.

I was thinking still school-age, and yeah, that does seem like a likely scenario.

The Pikes: each have some issues, but I defintly see Nicky as the one who'll need some more time. His behaviour in The Ghost in Dawn's House seems more depressing.
I think Jenny Prezzioso might have some issues growing up. Some OCD, an eating disorder. I see her having control issues as a grownup.
Sean does sound like he needs therapy, but I see him as needing FAMILY therapy rather then one on one therapy.

Do you guys think as the Pike boys got older the triplets would become more accepting of Nicky, or not? Yeah...I used to fight with my younger sister all the time when we were younger. I never wanted her tagging along after me. We get along really well now, though. I bet Nicky would form a decent friendship with at least one of his brothers as they grew up. My guess would be Byron...didn't they end up sharing a room after Mallory left for boarding school?

Just reread Mary Anne and Miss Priss, and I totally think Jenny P. is going to need therapy. If she's already acting out at age four, just imagine what her teen years are going to be like. Especially if Andrea keeps up with the modeling/acting. Yikes.
I don't think Nicky will need therapy. I agree that he will probably end up forming a bond with Byron as the years go by. Or, he becomes an athlete or something else to "earn" his brother's respect. Or he'll be ok with friends of his own.
Have only read one book with Sean Addison, so I can't really say if he needs therapy. But like someone else said, I thin he needs family therapy.
I think Lou McNally would need some grief counseling to deal with the pain of her father's death and mother's abandonment.
Norman Hill will probably need some therapy for body image/self esteem issues.
Haven't read Recipe for Disaster yet so I don't know who Megan Farmer is.
Kerry Bruno...eh. Maybe, if her father keeps reinforcing gender roles. And if she keeps stealing kittens.

Norman Hill will probably need some therapy for body image/self esteem issues. Now, there's someone who needs family therapy.

I've never read anything about Sean Addison, beacuse in Italy books linked with his situtation weren't published. What happens to him? I'm really curious!

I thought of Nicky Pike too though I don't think it would be major. It would be feeling left out among friends and coworkers, or just not being recognized or something.
As for Sean or Mel, I think Mel would be a wife beater or murderer, and Sean would be some kind of pyromaniac
That's a good point about Jenny P, when she learns the whole world won't treat her like a princess or spoiled brat, she's going to have a hard time adjusting and feel competitive with her little sister a lot.

I picked Lou. She was a terror in "Kristy and the Worst Kid Ever."
