I'm rereading Ghost Cat now and love the Craine girls as always. It is so cute how Mal gets them to take a nap by playing "slumber party" - makes me want to get out my own sleeping bag and cheese its ;D Also like how they make the cookies with Katie mashing her dough into a lump. The girls all seem so well behaved and adorable that I wish they were in more books. What others have they been in?

I liked them a lot in Ghost Cat too.
They're also in Kristy and the Worst Kid Ever - not sure if there are others...

They were mentioned in the graphic novel of Mary Anne Saves the Day - they're the next-door neighbours the Prezziosos say the sitters can call in an emergency. I haven't read the original version of Mary Anne Saves the Day in a while - does anyone remember if they're mentioned in this one too?

^ I don't remember them being mentioned in that one. I actually don't remember them in any until Ghost Cat and not many after. Too bad as I like them ;D

Doesn't Margaret or Sophie have a Simpsons sleeping bag? I want one SO badly! In an adult size, though, obviously

^ Margaret does. Sophie's is Barbie and Katie's is Muppet Babies. (Don't worry, I don't actually remember those details. I'm "cheating" and looking in my book right now ;D) Wonder if they do have them in adult sizes ;D

Oh the Craine girls sounded soooo cute! And they looked really cute on the cover of Mal & The Ghost Cat, too. That was definitely the first book they showed up in, they definitely weren't mentioned in MA Saves the Day! I wish they would have been in more books, but I guess after Aunt Bud was healed they had no use for the BSC.

I had forgotten that. Now I have more motivation to reread that one soon. ;D Is it Worst Kid Ever where one of the BSC members takes them to the playground and they think it's cool to be where the big kids go to school?

I've only read them in Ghost cat, but totally agree, they are great kids, and so cute! I also loved their sleeping bags!

i think pretty much all the storylines with the craine girls happen in ghost cat, even the running around the track thing.

I thought the Craine girls were really cute too. The slumber party idea was so cute!

^ Mallory tends to think up some pretty creative ideas for things to do. She seems like one of the more fun sitters. Stacey too, for some reason. They are different than Claudia who seems to want to get the kids to do art a lot (though I'm probably biased because I have absolutely no interest in art) Actually, I suppose they all come up with fun activities and would all be pretty fun sitters in their own way
