i voted 4 and 5 becuase acording to me it the age when you can do a lot of fun activities whit the kids: reading to them, make arts project, cooking (if parents agree), make a play and event take then to park or library I voted for 4 and 5 too,for the same reasons

I like all of the age groups, but I voted for 8-9-year-olds. The babies are adorable and younger kids cute and so on, but I think I would myself enjoy sitting for older kids(from the BSC, for example Charlotte or Becca) more.

I voted for four and five year olds. My brother is five and it is so fun to hang out with him! He can understand a lot of things and is beginning to read and is so excited about it. My sister is eight and i like hanging out with her too, but she has a lot of friends who are just obnoxious.

I also voted for 4 and 5 year olds. I have seen kids I babysit grow up out of these years and it makes me sad, because I miss them at that age. Then there are all the cute kids in these books that are those ages, Myriah, Jamie, Suzi, Claire. They all seem very fun to sit for! I also love the toddlers though, so it was hard to choose. The 4 and 5 year olds are just a little less boring to read about.

^ There are some funny ones in the books, too. I especially love Jamie, Claire, Suzi and Jenny. ;D

I voted for toddlers because my nephews are at that age right now and are so cute!

I voted for the 4 and 5 year olds because they are the cutest. They are old enough to carry on conversation and things like that, but they are still young enough to do cute things without caring about what people think of them. I love kids in this age group!

I really like the 4 adn 5 year olds, too. In the BSC books, they come up with some of the funniest lines - especially Jamie and Claire. ;D

^ I agree. I like imagining how little kids look like (such as from the BSC series) rather than actually seeing them, because then you might get disappointed.

I voted for babies. Cause, I love babies. I also love 4 & 5 year olds. Since, some of the clients are my favorite.

I voted for the 8 9 year olds. The boy I used to babysit in school was 8 and he was so fun. we would have plastic sword fights and play spryo on the PSone all night. Also my favourite client was 8.

I would vote for 3 and 4 year olds since that was the primary age group I've taught (preschool). They really are just starting out and have an innocence and wonder about them that makes everything "new" and fun. Jamie, my favorite client was 4, too.

The ages we like to read about might not be the ones we like the most in real life. I always thought I'd love 4 year olds but that wasn't so much the case when my daughter was 4 (she's 6 now). Babies are cuddly & sweet, 3 year olds are funny, and once children are above 8 or so they're a whole different ball game. at least if they're raised properly...I'd take my 9 year old "nephew" over my dh's spoiled 11-year-old nephew any day!
