LOL.....had to post this: community.livejournal.com/howtheylooknow/270874.html#cutid1I find it funny as hell looking at Scarlett Pomers, who played Suzy Barrett, then vs. now. I can actually kinda see Suzy becoming some uber-b*tch anorexic punk-wannabe chick. Also, the dudes who played Alan Grey and Jackie Rodowsky are BROTHERS. Weird. (...and Jackie TOTALLY didn't look like he was supposed to. Pissed me off bigtime) *amber* |

That was interesting. None of the guys aged all that well IMO. Mary Anne and Dawn look the same, just a little older. The Suzy girl had a pretty severe case of anorexia, so hope she's doing better. Claudia looks like she's posing with Mr. Clean in the now picture. How freakin' funny is it that they can't even find Mallory or Jessi today?

IIRC, the girl who played Jessi appeared in some other TV shows and movies around the same time. She was in the short's lived series "Second Noah" (or something like that) on ABC where she played one of their adopted daughters. She was also in Spike Lee's Crooklyn. After that, I haven't heard about any other projects she has done. I think the actor who played Luca has aged quite well.  ETA: the correct name of the TV show Zelda appeared in. |

Luca got hot! I wish we knew what happened to the girl who played Mallory. She was so freakin cute in the movie.

Rachel Leigh Cook, Mary Anne, got not only hot, but successful too. It's a dying shame she's the only person in the movie to still be doing successful movies, minus Mrs. Haberman having won an academy award back in the day and still doing some things. I wish they would get together and do a reunion.

I made a mistake, the actor who played Luca is in the George Clooney movie, "The Good German". Which was pretty successful.

Ellen Burstyn is fabulous! I had never really given much thought to the fact that she agreed to be in a movie about the BSC. Pretty funny.
One of my fave Mrs. Haberman scenes:
"Do you know what insects and little children have in common? They both have the ability to drive a human being who is both larger and smarter completely out of her mind!"
*Cue the BSC members giving each other WTF glances*

I think some of them look better now then they did back then. I wish I knew what happened to the girl that played Mallory though, she just seemed to disappear.
