I just found an article of them for then and now: thefw.com/baby-sitters-club-cast-then-and-now/ They all got really pretty, they already were but they got beautiful. I didn't realize Dawn was Bianca in 10 Things I Hate About You. I can't believe Mallory Pike. Maybe that's how she'll turn out when she's older. I'm surprised they didn't put Scarlett Pomers for Suzi. |

I remember reading in an interview in Disney Adventures that the actress who played Mallory dyed her hair red for the role. I guess it rubbed off on her!

Not saying she isn't pretty, because she's pretty either way, but I think Rachel Leigh Cook looks a lot better without all that makeup. I've seen pictures of her without, and I think she's prettier that way. Maybe it's just the way the makeup was done for that picture. I just don't find it suits her. She seems the type that if she wears makeup, she should do the natural look.

Just saw Bre Blair (BSC movie Stacey) in the movie Last Vegas. She had a small part as the fiancee of one of the main characters.

I wasn't really sure where to put this. I came upon this interview with Natanya Ross. She played Cokie's red haired sidekick. (She also played one of Alex's friends in The Secret World of Alex Mack.) There's just a tiny bit about how she lost the part of Alex to Larisa, and then she was promised the part of Dawn but Larisa got it again. I think she would have been a terrible fit for Dawn. All of her characters from the 90s were kinda grungy/skater girls. She was also more gingery than Mallory, lol. She also said she is still close with the other girls from the movie, but she was dealing with a heroin addiction and missed all of their little reunions. |

What a sad story. Thanks for sharing it. I couldn't tell you the names of Cokie's friends, but she was so good in that role. It's definitely how I picture her. It's hard to imagine her as Cokie. I like how they both talk about the BSC movie fondly and how it stood the test of time. The most dated aspect is the 90s fashion |
