I hope that this question is in the right place.
I know that Jessi and Keisha share a birthday as well as being cousins. When I was younger, I thought that they were exactly the same age as well.
Are they the same age or is Keisha older, please? I would be grateful for any help. Thank you.

I can't confirm this, but I always thought that they were the same age. I'm not sure if that was explicitly stated or I just assumed... I'll get back to you, if no one else answers.

I always assumed they were the exact same age. They wouldn't really have the "exact same birthday" if it wasn't the same year ya know? And I think if it was the same day but a year apart, that would've definitely been stated.

I thought they were the same age. I thought the fact that they were cousins and the same age was one of the reasons they were so close.

In the original #14, Jessi says that their birthday is September thirteenth, but in the new cover version, it's changed to June thirtieth so it will match the BSC calendars and Jessi's bookmark.

I really like how Jessi had a best friend that was also her cousin. Reminds me of me and my cousin, we're really close, too. Sorry for the randomness of this

Shared birthdays are so much fun; it would be wonderful to share with a cousin the same age!

My brother shares a birthday with my cousin's son and cousin (who might as well be my cousin because all the families were really close-knit and from the same small village in the "old country"). And my mother and her best friend have adjoining birthdays, so they always celebrate them together.

Jessi mentions in Jessi and the Superbrat that she and Keisha have known each other since they were one day old, so I assume they were born on the same day, not the same day one year apart.
(Edit: Whoa. Old thread is old.)

I was wondering -- does Keisha appear in any books besides #16, #103, and SS #14? Is she in #27, too? I don't need to know this for anything even approaching a practical reason; I was just curious.
