^Let's see, from what I remember...

-I think in M#4, it's mentioned he sometimes sends cards (or calls?). No mention of a wife or girlfriend.
-In SS#14, he's with a woman he introduces as his girlfriend, so he's probably divorced by then.
-In FF#1, when he's marrying Zoe, I don't think they mentioned his second wife. So Zoe is his (at least) 3rd wife.

I feel like there's an AMM interview somewhere where she confirms that Patrick married and divorced a woman between Elizabeth and Zoe, but I don't know if I'm imagining it.

I went looking through this thread ti post this but Patrick married three times. The Netflix shows makes me wonder do you think Patrick had any kids with his second wife? Like there’s a half sibling for Kristy to meet later down the road?

There's a comment about him having a new family in California. Kids aren't explicitly mentioned but when people say "starting a family" they mean having kids, so I imagine him having at least one more with the current wife. [This irritates me, a child-free person, because it implies that you aren't a real family without kids, but I don't want to get off topic.] Someone who walked out on four kids probably wouldn't bat an eye at having more - he could always leave again.
