For some reason, Jackie and Ray on Sister Sister remind me of Sharon and Richard. Not sure why I make that connection – maybe it’s the girls’ friendship or the fact that she is quirky and he is really uptight and serious. Anyone else ever make connections like this between BSC and other shows, etc? ;D

I think this connection is one reason I always wanted Ray and Lisa to get together. ;D I think that Sharon and Richard make a really great couple and are fun to read about. They seem to balance each other nicely. ;D

The song "Opposites Attract" by Paula Abdul, reminds me of Sharon and Richard.

I think the last names are just a coincidence, or else it probably would have been mentioned in the book.

^ Agree. I think we discussed this somewhere else a long time ago and decided it's just another overused last name (like Taylor ;D) ;D

^ Dads can have other names??? ;D Oh, I forgot about Ed and Richard. They're the odd men out, I guess. Maybe that's why Patrick left - he didn't have the right name. ;D
