Who did you have a literary crush on back in the day?
I was partial to Shea Rodowsky and Trevor Sandbourne.

Actually, none of them. I feel like I missed out cause it seems like lots of BSC fans had crushes on various characters, but I never did.

Sam Thomas. I thought he was really cute when I was younger.

^^ I adored Sam Thomas, too. Also, Alan Gray! The way to my heart has always been to make me shoot milk out my nose from laughing so hard, even way back.

Dawn? lol. I think I had a girl-crush on Dawn when I was younger. I was too busy being fascinated by how cool the girls were to have crushes on any of the other characters.

^Agreed. I was much more enthralled with the BSCers than any of the boys they dated.

Another vote for Sam. And I thought Bart sounded cute, but not really all that crush-worthy.

even as a kid I hated Sam in Shadow Lake. Soooo obnoxious! Even the you look ravishing, darling... he was being sarcastic right? Oh please tell me he was.

i don't think he was necessarily being sarcastic, cause stacey's totally hot, but funny. and also to remind her of their peter pan experience, where he said similar things.

I think I had a literary crush on Sam Thomas when I was younger because he seemed cute and funny. Stacey definitely gets embarrassed too easily, especially (concerning Sam) in Starring the BSC, when he kept calling her Mrs Darling, because I remember when I was in a school musical the guy who was playing my fiance and I would sometimes call each other by our character names for fun off stage or speak with the NY accents to each other or act like the characters. Sometimes I think she needs to loosen up a little (although I agree that the rubber tarantula was immature and that would have embarrassed me at a school dance.)

No crushes on any characters, but I always thought Mary Anne and Logan's time together in Sea City sounded really romantic and I totally wanted that to happen to me.

Ahhh so Sam was attempting to be funny. That's the problem I have with characters (and people in general) like him and Alan. They try too dang hard!
