What's his face, the guy Mrs. McGill was dating - John Brookes - his eyes were green and so were his daughter's. (Was reading a snark about this book today, that's how I remember. lol.) And I'll have to google this cover or something, so I can see the girls. I don't have that book. EDIT: Just looked at the cover, and I think that the girl on the left is Sunny, and the right is Dawn. Or at least, to me, it is, anyway. I guess we all have different interpretations ;D at least we're all in agreement that Mary Anne is the one in the middle, right? hehe.

I just looked on Amazon, and it doesn't look to me like either of the blonde girls has blue eyes. Also, neither girl appears to have Dawn hair -- unless she cut it? Did that happen in any BSC book, or maybe California Diaries? in BSC book #37, Dawn and the older boy, well the boy told her to cut her hair shorter, and i think thats wat she did...

I tend to just ignore the photos on the CD and FF covers....the people pictured look nothing like the way the characters are described in the books!!!

^ Agree about the FF covers. For some reason, the CD covers frighten me ;D They seem so dark - kind of reflective of the books, though.

^ Me too. Just think of them as shoe-ins, for the 'real' people we know and love.
You know, guys, come to think of it, we could definitely find better people to model. Then again, we probably all have different 'pictures' of each person in our head, but at least we could get, say, someone with loooooong, white blonde hair for Dawn, for example.

I think the Dawn in "The Baby-sitters' Special Christmas" makes a great Dawn.

Mmm, I think the Kristy on FF #5, Kristy Power! is pretty accurate (in my mind). She even looks appropriately short, even though you can't actually see all of her.
What's weird is that they use different models for the characters on every single FF cover. That makes having real people on the covers even worse than Hodges' hilarious drawings. Graduation Day has an especially bad cover- the girls all look in their late teens and I can barely tell who's who.

^ Yeah, I liked the Kristy on Kristy Power! myself. She did appear short, and she had a Kristy-ish feel about her ;D

What's weird is that they use different models for the characters on every single FF cover. I never noticed that. I thought the girl on "Claudia Gets Her Guy" made a good Claudia. She looks a lot like the image I had of Claudia.

I think Mary Anne went back to her "little girl" clothing based on how she looks on the cover of the FF series. She looks more like Jenny in her dresses. I agree with bscfan81 about the girl on "Claudia Gets Her Guy" making a good Claudia. How hard would it be to find models that look a little more like the girls. Go to any middle school, I bet you could find at least one girl that remsembles each of the babysitters, better than the models they chose.

I dont think they used different girls... Well... Claudia on graduation day... um... besides that. Stacey looks consistent on the covers. Mary Anne looks fairly consistent.. as does kristy... though not 100% sure. the Claudia on graduation day...yeah. i dont know what that was about..

Wow, I totally can't tell who is who on Welcome Home, MA. I think I always thought the one in yellow was Sunny, even though she's supposed to be "darker" by this point in the series.
