Did you guys have those big red dots that you were supposed to stick on your bedroom windows to show firemen where kids were sleeping in case of fires? I think they used to be given out by fire departments in the 80s. At some point they decided that they weren't a very good idea because they also showed potential kidnappers and sex offenders that kids were in a house and exactly where they were. (No duh.)

We had those. They were called Totfinders.

I always imagined Claudia's house (And Kristy and Mary-Anne's before they moved) look like this.

^ That's, what I imagined, what Claudia's house look like. When Kristy and Mary Anne used to lived.

There were two different houses used for exterior shots of Claudia's house in the TV show. I had never noticed it before until it was pointed out in the bsc_snark livejournal comm, but they'd go back and forth between using the two houses for those shots. I guess the Kishis were rich enough to afford two homes

I also found a picture of a house like this for the Kishi place. First house or second house more accurate?

^ I'd say the first house is more accurate. That is exactly how I imagined it except I imagined the house in the color blue, not black.

I'd say the second. It's not as polished looking. It's closer to the street with a normal sized yard and neighbors close by.

I'd say the second. The first one seemed too higher class.

I always pictured the Bradford Court neighborhood as having split levels. As I recall, the houses there were supposed to have been built in the 1960s or 70s. They were all built by the same guy who "lacked imagination."

That second house is what I pictured.
