I don't like Mary Anne/Logan. I've read Mary Anne’s Big Breakup and that book made dislike Logan and the pairing due to his sexism.

I don't like Logan but I appreciate that he hung out with Mary Anne's friends once in a while. We never saw Mary Anne with Logan's friends.

Actually in one book, it described Mary Anne sitting in a table with Logan friends at lunchtime.

It was cool of Logan to hang out with Mary Anne's friends.
Who are Logan's other friends anyway?

The only two guys I can recall being Logan's actual friends are Pete and Austin. The rest of them were just kind of there in the background, harassing him about baby-sitting.

^ both of them are technically also friends of the bsc. i don't recall MA and austin spending any time together, but she spent a lot of time with pete in MA misses logan. so MA is not really trying too hard to branch out and get to know his friends :]

Pete was one of the harassers in Logan's Story and he didn't seem to like Logan all that much in MA Misses Logan (probably because Logan was slacking off so much). I don't know how great of friends he and Logan were actually supposed to be.

I don't know how great of friends he and Logan were actually supposed to be. Pete sort of was friends with whoever the BSC needed him to be friends with for plot reasons. Remember when he was really good friends with Robert and COVERED FOR HIM during Stacey's Broken Heart? Pete and Logan also couldn't have been that great friends if Pete asked out Mary Anne immediately after her breakup with Logan in Mary Anne's Big Breakup. IMO, Logan kind of just hung out with guys he was on teams with without being TOO close to anyone. After all, he started dating Mary Anne pretty seriously right after he moved to town, and it's kind of hard to make deep friendships when all of your time is spent with your girlfriend.

I don't like Logan and I do think he's a drip (I'm not sure exactly why-he just comes off kind of annoying to me), but I don't HATE him. However, that's the choice I voted for.

I don't mind him or them as a couple, but I do think they're too intense for 13. Most people just don't date that way in middle school (well, not at my middle school at least).

I think they sounded like a pretty nice couple in all the other girls' books when you just saw them from the outside and didn't dig too deep.

I think middle school "relationships" usually last like, a week at most. You have the odd couple like Alice and Patrick, but they were far less intense than Mary Anne and Logan and more like special friends.
