I chose Dawn! Just cuz she's supposed to be really thin and pretty and .. yeah. lol. Who wouldn't want to look like a 'silken-haired beauty with a laugh like pealing bells' anyway?

I'd like Dawn's hair the way it's painted but now how it's described. I think that long hair so long you can sit on it sounds kind of gross and also like it'd be really damaged at the ends.

^Not necessarily. In my best friend's case, it's been that long for years and she has to cut it a few times a year to keep it that *short*. It's around her knees.

Well, now, that's different from thinking it's unsanitary!

well by gross i didn't mean unsanitary, just that it kind of skeeves me out for some reason when hair goes beyond a certain length.

When I was in kindergarten, I could sit on my hair! It was bad though, because when I would stand up sometimes it would get caught in the chair and I would cry. It broke my mom's heart to get it cut, because she loved my long hair (I did too - I remember crying about having to get it cut) but she had to because every morning when she went to brush it, I would kick up a big stink about it, because I hated people brushing my hair.

my mom was forced to wear her hair in a long peasant braid down her back until she was 16, so she never let me have long hair even though i always wanted it. i had a bob until i was ten.

My hair used to fall about halfway down my back, and then I cut it to shoulder length. I really miss how it looked -- but not how it felt. I agree with greer though, when hair is too long it skeezes me out. I don' t know why. I guess because it makes girls look shorter or out of proportion? Maybe because the people I see with hair long enough to sit on are usually dirty dirty people who live in vans down by the river?
