I wonder what it would be like if AMM had written ...adult BSC books?? I had a dream she did that once.

^Like Judy Blume! You can read Freckle Juice as a 6 year old, then graduate up to Forever as a young teen, and finally Wifey and Summer Sisters when you get a little older! heh. That would really weird me out, though, to read an "adult" book by AMM.

yeah! that would be really neat. I would love to read about the BSC members when they grew up. The trials and tribulations they went through, ect.

^ If Ann did write adult BSC books, I would read it just to find out what Claudia did with her life.

Of course she became a famous artist. ;D She is so talented that she was even hired for several things as a thirteen year old - Mr. Schafer's wedding, the fashion show in Stacey and the Fashion Victim, and I know there were more. Sorry, I'm in a sarcastic mood today. ;D

Ann couldn't write adult books, I don't think. She's way too preachy and moralistic, which is fine for the kiddies, but for adults, that stuff gets very tiresome.

I don't think I'd enjoy reading about the BSC in their 20s. You know they'd all have fabulous careers, boyfriends/husbands, and lives in general. I think it'd make me feel bad about myself, lol.
I mean okay... my predictions for the BSC at like... age 24 we'll say. College grads, of course. Mal and Jessi are 22.
Kristy - already owns her own business. What a prodigy! Mary Anne - engaged, gets married in one of the books and becomes pregnant. Stay-at-home mom, husband is gorgeous, has a fabulous job. Claudia - famous artist, of course. Stacey - doing something in fashion design. Somehow, straight out of college, she landed a once-in-a-lifetime internship, which of course she excelled at and has turned into a career. City girl, always on the go. Dawn - doing work for the Peace Corp.. Jessi - Toured the world in ballets, still found time to go to college! Amazing. Well-respected ballerina who will go on to teach at Julliard or something. Mallory - Majored in English, of course, just graduated college and working as a book editor, while putting the finishing touches on her novel.
Editted twice cause I can't spell.

^ I cant spell either.
In copying you, I'd say: Logan: 2 - time All-American in track and football but skipped the NFL draft to become to become a teacher and coach at an elementary school. Shannon - Just finished her Masters in Astronomy.

Yess I love the prediction for Logan. He'd get a Special Edition book in which he'd be torn between playing football professionally or coaching the local hometown team. Of course he picks the kids!

Haha, Logan would totally pick the kids! That's hilarious.
Shannon would definitely be going on to get her Ph.D. The only thing is, I don't see Claudia becoming a famous artist. I mean, I know the BSC excells at everything they do, but I like to think of Claud as more of a starving artist who never hits it big. (Maybe because I just think her 'art' sucked anyway. Those drawings she did in New York, New York were awful!)

I've always pictured Logan as a high school history teacher and the football coach (that or he'd be the 'athletic coordinator' or something) Mary Anne- psychologist or a teacher. I could see her doing either one. Stacey- math teacher or fashion designer. Of course, she *could* go to MIT or something. Claudia- I could see her owning her own wild clothing store or something. Maybe teach art classes on the side or something. Kristy- I don't know about her. Dawn- ecologist. Jessi- maybe a dance teacher or something to do w/ kids Mallory- if she wasn't an author, I could see her being an english teacher or even a professor in college Shannon- I could see her being an anthropologist or maybe even an archeologist.

They can start their own school! You guys are so much nicer than I am. I always imagine bad/disappointing futures for them.

I hadn't thought abou how it seems like in my descriptions they're all teachers. lol. I think that they'd branch out their interests , but would probably somehow manage to include children in there somehow- whether it's taking on other people's kids or their own.
