Maybe someone can answer this question for me as it has been driving me crazy all day. What is the book with the subplot about the boy that is afraid to swim? I think it takes place at the community pool and either MA, Mal or Jessi has to stay with the little boy because he won't go in the water. I thought it was Abby and the Secret Society but just reread that one and it's not it. I think it might be the club and the boy Stephen from that one, though. If anyone knows what book I am remembering, I would love to know. Thanks!

My first thought was that it was Abby and the Secret Society as well. Isn't that the *only* book where we see Stephen? But actually, the subplot in that is the little kid's club that they set up... Hmm. Oh, now I'm curious about this as well!

Ummm....I remember Byron Pike being a little afraid of the water in "Boy Crazy Stacey." Maybe they just recycled that subplot, though. It wouldn't be the first time.
