Anyone know what book it is in that Jenny P locks herself in her parents room and Claudia unscrews the door to get her out and it crashes down? (I think it's the one with the no tv subplot - is that an Abby book?) I know I just reread but can't for the life of me remember which book it was in. That's what I get for reading a BSC book a day for the last few weeks, though yesterday I didn't read one for the first time and am experiencing withdrawl

What book was it where Stacey does some modeling? Not "Stacey and the Fashion Victim;" there was another one. Stacey even references it in "Fashion Victim," and it's driving me crazy trying to figure out which book it was.

I wondered if it was but wasn't sure and was too lazy to look Thanks! It was driving me crazy. This scene is so funny. Leave it to Claudia!

I know she modeled in an episode of the tv show, maybe they were referencing that? I don't remember her modeling in any of the books and Fashion Victim is the only Stacey book I haven't read.

Weird...I could have sworn I read another book where Stacey models. Maybe my Sharonitis is kicking in again.

Yeah I was gonna say I don't remember her modelling either but I haven't read a few of the later books (or mysteries) so it could be in a book I hadn't read. But her modelling on the TV show is CLASSIC. So hilarious. The guy had like, the smallest crappiest camera ever and stands about 2 inches away from her and just snaps some dumb pictures.

The show probably had a $100 budget.

I seem to remember something about Stacey modeling in one of the books where her mom tells her to get a job. But her mom tells her to get a job in Stacey and the Bad Girls (or Stacey vs the BSC, can't remember which) and I know the modeling isn't in that. Maybe I'm imagining things or just remembering Fashion Victim. Haven't read it for a while so maybe I'm remembering something from it that didn't really happen.

What's the book where the foreigners live next door to the Pikes and the kids are all scared they're going to eat them for supper?

^Goodbye Stacey Goodbye. I just finished reading it. The Pikes were playing Secret Agent and spying on them.

Now I remember that one. I hadn't remembered that subplot until Gracie brought it up. Who were the foreigners? Did they ever show up in later books?

Thanks, lila! Did she actually audition or was I imagining that? (I'm full of questions today, I know, but there are just too many to reread them all at once. Thank goodness for these boards
