also, another semi-shocking thing i remembered: stacey's mom allows her to be in the kitchen with her boyfriend, when no adults are home. i think this was in #76 maybe, and referred to a couple more times. i don't know about anyone else, but i (and most of my other friends) weren't even allowed to have a boyfriend when we were 13, let alone be unsupervised in the house together! mary anne has to stay on the porch with logan (book #25), dawn has to keep lewis outside or in the barn (#50), and even kristy gets in trouble for having bart over with no adults home. so i'm surprised stacey's mom is cool with it!

I am scared of rolling around in the hay. When I was a teen, I read a Christopher Pike book that involved hay, rolling, and a pitchfork. *Shudder*

^ I think I remember that book. Was it part of a series or trilogy or something? Maybe I'm thinking of another one....

I don't even remember which one it was. I think it was the one with the abortion. But I read almost every one of those books, so I could be confused.

comic sans is my least favorite. Comic Sans is actually one of my favorites, along with Curlz MT and all of the BSC fonts I downloaded a while back, I use those for all of my fancy school projects ;D. Oh and I'm not about to start posting in fancy fonts here, the original is fine with me .

Yeah, that's why I didn't know about it. I just type in the Quick Reply Box at the bottom of the thread.

comic sans is my least favorite. Hah, me too. (Well, one of them. If nothing else, my tenure in high school publications made me a font snob.)

Hah, me too. (Well, one of them. If nothing else, my tenure in high school publications made me a font snob.) i'm a huge font snob. i really love typography, and whenever i see a bad font (comic sans, times new roman) used in a publication or ad i always make fun of it.
