I posted about this on the BSC LJ, but it doesn't look like anyone there can help me. I'm wondering if someone has Blanket Apologist's stories saved on their computer. She wrote Abby and the Troubling Return of Dawn Schafer, Claudia's Tale: Heartthrobs and Summer Jobs, Kristy Takes On Her Father, and Mallory Pike: The Freshest Freshman. She deleted her stories without issuing me fair warning so I could save them myself. It's a shame if they're gone forever. ETA: I want to recommend the new fanfic, The Way Things Were by chelz22. It's written by one of my LJ friends and looks very promising.

I just read my first fanfic ever, BFF over on ff.net. I have to say, it messed with my mind so much! I was just reading the Cokie Mason thread, and I wanted to reply with "Omg remember what happened to Cokie at Emily's birthday party?! That was crazy!" But.. oh yeah.. that didn't happen in an actual BSC book. ;D

Claudia's Tale: Heartthrobs and Summer Jobs, Kristy Takes On Her Father. I remember I absolutely loved these two. BA is a great writer.

(It's also the prequel to The Way Things Were.)
