Which clique in the BSC-universe would you fit in with best?
I think Dawn's CD friends for me--I'd be kicked out of the BSC in a week. I'd probably be like Stacey in Stacey vs the BSC and duck out on sitting jobs to hang out with boys.

Hmmm... still trying to decide between Dawn's clique and Stacey's NYC one. I wouldn't fit in with the Gossip Girl life at all, but.... it's NYC! I'm still obsessing about going back there. I haven't read the California Diaries but from what I've heard I'd probably fit in and like it there the best. Ok, I'm going with that. I'd also not fit in with the BSC. "Oh, you want me to devote my free time to organizing a kiddie talent show? Ahahahahahahahahaha no."

I think I'd like Mal's Riverbend friends (minus going to boarding school though! I'm a home girl . Like me, Sarah's into drama and theatre, they seem fun to hang out with, they're very supportive of Mallory, etc... I'd probably get on well with them!

Dawn's CD friends. Sure, they did some naughty things, had a few issues, but they were a d**n sight more normal than the others - typical teens discovering life.

I picked Mal's Riverbend friends. They seemed fun and supportive, and I'd like to try some boarding school life.
No way I would chose BSC. I like kids and I could hang out with for example Dawn, Abby or Claudia, but I want some time for hanging out with friends or for my hobbies instead of being always organizing carnivals or pet shows or whatever. I like to have a life on my own, and I don't think the BSC really allows that.

Actually, I probably wouldn't pick any of them as I never liked being part of a big group but if I did have to pick, I would definitely choose the BSC. I honestly really like the carnivals and involvment in the community (and not just because it would look good on applications because I actually did a lot of community service and it never did me any good on those. ;D) and doing things for others and the involvment with the kids. I think I wouldn't read the books if I didn't. ;D If I chose Dawn's group, I would read Sweet Valley; Stacey's group, I would read Gossip Girls or some other series (don't even know if that one really exists ;D) that has that kind of attitude; etc. Mal's Riverbend friends do seem nice but I don't know much about them and I like the involvement with the kids. Also, the BSC seem really nice and supportive. Of course, if I was in the group I would have to be Kristy. ; D

I don't think dawn's ca friends are like sweet valley... sweet valley just seems ridiculous to me, which i think is why i was never interested in reading it as a kid. ca diaries are realistic, i think.

^ Never read those so that's probably why I'm picturing them like that. I just don't care for them, anyway. ;D Too laid back - just like Jessi's friends. They would drive a "Kristy" crazy. ;D

For me it was a toss up between the BSC and Dawn's California friends. I always liked Dawn's friends in California, but I also liked the closeness and variety of the BSC.

The two groups that are most appealing to me on this list are the BSC and Shannon's school friends. While I would love the tight-knit quality and security of the BSC, sometimes it seems like there wouldn't be enough space and time to really unwind. I don't know much about Shannon's group, though.

I chose Shannon because that seems the closest to my junior high/high school group of friends. Private school where we had to wear uniforms, involved in a million different activities, etc.
