^ I think the Stevensons are my second choice for most of the reasons that you stated.

I would love to live with The Brewer - Thomases or The Pikes. Having a huge family always appealed to me. It seems like there will never be a dull moment with one!

^I'd love the BT house--and wouldn't be afraid of going up to the third floor!

I would never want to share a room with a sibling, so the Pikes are out. And to have to share with two or three siblings? Oh my Lord.

^As the 4 boys got older, John and Dee should have considered creating an addition to the house (like the Barrett-DeWitts) in order to not only allow for 2 "boy" rooms but maybe build an extra bathroom or two. It sounded like the Pike kids all shared one, didn't they?

^When Mallory left for boarding school they did switch to two boy rooms. But by doing that they put all three girls together, four whenever Mallory would be home. That would be a nightmare especially as Mallory got older. Imagine being 16 and sharing a room with 10, 12 and 14 year olds. (Why is this is the first time I've noticed that the girls were all two years apart? And the boys were too. Maybe that's the reason for the gap between Margo and Claire.)

Sparklymouse, to me Vanessa being 2 years younger than Mallory was more apparent than her being 2 years older than Margo. Maybe because Vanessa had more interactions with Mal than Margo. I thought splitting up the boys was something that possibly should have happened earlier. But then "earlier" Byron overall was more in line to tease Nicky along with Adam and Jordan. I was just thinking Nicky might not have had all the angst had he not been 1 against 3. I somehow didn't quite see Vanessa, Margo, and Claire rooming together for too long. I did think it made Vanessa seem more "real" that she wanted the company.
Oldhickory, and his name should start with an "L" so there'd be "A, B, C" and "L, M, N" patterns. Or lol if the boys were twins "K and L".

I would love to be a part of Kristy's family and not just because Watson is a millionaire. I think I would enjoy living amongst all those kids. When you think about it, rarely all of the kids are home at once. Charlie and Sam sometimes go away with their friends. And Karen and Andrew come every other weekend. So, you get all the fun of having a lot of siblings but still get your space.

I guess all the families have problems when you look at it like this.
I chose the Brewer/Thomas bunch, but then I started thinking about the awkwardness of moving across town into someone else's house. But Kristy never seemed to feel awkward about it, so maybe it wasn't.
Mary Anne's life is pretty good, except you would get screwed out of a mom. She has Sharon now, but it's not the same.
Claudia's parents are pretty cool, but I wouldn't like feeling like I have to live up to my GENIUS sister.
I probably should have chose Stacey. My parents are divorced and I don't see my dad often. I wouldn't like being an only child though.
Dawn's life isn't too bad except for that whole moving across the country thing. I would HATE to live that far from my brother when I was growing up. And if I moved with dad, I would really hate being that far from my mom.
I like Jessi's family a lot, except for Aunt C. She's annoying.
Mallory's family - HECK no!
Logan's - never really thought about it. It doesn't seem too bad, except Hunter seems really annoying.
Shannon - I never thought much about her life either. I'm not sure what the deal is with her family, so I don't know enough to say.
Abby - I don't see my dad a lot, but I don't want him to be dead!

^ Very true! I thought Kerry was cute though. Not sure I ever saw a picture of her, but I always pictured her as cute.

I wouldn't tolerate a sibling who was allergic to animals. He would have to go, lol.
I hope Logan didn't get all the looks in the family. If he was supposed to be movie star gorgeous then I bet Kerry and Hunter were pretty cute too.

I couldn't handle not having animals either. I read Claudia and the Perfect Boy yesterday where the Barretts have to get rid of Pow and I teared up a bit.
