i remember coming across a bsc/harry potter crossover fic called "abracadabra, baby-sitters club!" awhile ago where all of SMS goes on a field trip to hogwarts and i found the concept hilarious. today while riding my bike to class i was thinking about how both worlds would possibly interact (yes, these are the things i think about in my spare time).
someone in the comments suggested that alan gray would buddy up with peeves, and i absolutely love the idea of that. also, the author had the right idea--kristy would join the quidditch team and dawn would join SPEW. and obviously, stacey falls in LUV with someone. here are some more thoughts of mine:
mallory would once again sneak around spying on people and writing in journals. before she actually arrives at hogwarts, lucius malfoy mistakes her for ginny weasley and slips another diary into her things, and she starts to communicate with tom riddle. disaster ensues.
jessi would think everybody is racist because of the terms "mudblood" and the "dark lord" and sulk around.
abby would hit it off with the weasley twins.
mary anne would make some family discovery, like her mother was actually a wizard killed by voldemort when she was a baby or something.
karen brewer (since obviously watson will insist that his entire family + the pikes also attend hogwarts) will come face to face with voldy and annoy him so much that he purposely avada kedavra's himself.
i'm done for now. tell me about what you imagine happens when these universes collide. it could even be a different series altogether, doesn't have to be harry potter.
