If I were Ann I would still like getting letters from fans, it would show how much the series has impacted people.

^ Heehee, that makes me think of the "Weird things you thought or did because of the BSC." Ann certainly has had an impact on people, but perhaps not necessarily the kind of impact she wanted to make

I did wrote to her, way back in 2000(I was 14 years old at that time). And was very happy when I got a letter back from her with a photograph.

I got the letter, and the picture of her in a pile of letters, I think. My sister wrote to Ann when we were little, and I definitely remember that my sis was mailed back that pic of Ann in the pile of letters! And it said something like "Sorry Ann can't write a personal response back to you, look at all the letters she gets every single day!" Or something along those lines.

I wrote a letter to Ann recently too! I sent some of the drawings I posted on here recently (pics I drew of Stacey's and Claudia's outfits). I got back the standard form letter, which is what I expected. The PPS section was indeed a personal note saying that she liked the drawings. But I kinda hope she didn't write that note because there were numerous misspellings in it...

You should scan the note so we can compare handwriting and see if it was really her.
