The Admin can see my IP so if i have two accounts here, I'm in trouble?
What does this mean? I am not going to make multiple accounts, but my friend who is new to the BSC she's probably going to make an account soon.
She brings her laptop over and logs in using my wireless router on her laptop.
if she and i are ever on at the same time, which might happen, the admins won't take away our accounts will they?

You shouldn't get in trouble for that. Just let the admin know before your friend joins. Mainly, the rule is put into place for people who want to troll and cause trouble by making multiple accounts.
