^ Those do sound cute, though I'm not personally into dangly ones. I would love to get heart earrings (really small posts, though) on Valentine's day. ;D

I wore a silver heart necklace in middle school...it looked exactly like the one Bridget wears in the first Bridget Jones' Diary movie.

I love hearts, so heart jewelry is the best

I probably would have worn any of Claudia's earrings, but I'm allergic and I can't wear them!

My mother has had this silver heart necklace for decades, which would have been an attention-getter to the BSC. I like it, myself. It's enormous, with hearts of several sizes within one another.

It always annoyed me that for a girl who hated pink, MA sure wears lots of it. I remember that MA also got pants that were wide on top and tapered off down. My What Not To Wear voice was yelling about propotion.
I just remembered- I have skinny jeans, oversized off the shoulder sweatshirts, and long sweatshirts, and of course leggings that I wore with a skirt during the summer. (I was working at Old Navy and I bought a short skirt, so to wear it to work I needed leggings.)

My What Not To Wear voice was yelling about propotion. Those sound like the pants MC Hammer always wore. Maybe Mary Anne's were more stylish. Or at least less shiny.

I always thought that hammer pants make you seem off.... Most women would want their cinched in- the visual impact of MA's pants would make it seem like she has a huge waist and small ankles. I doubt she'd look good in this...

Its kind of scary that a lot of the fashions the BSC wore are coming back... well, maybe not a lot... tapered jeans can just die... but leggings. Oh, the leggings. At least they aren't stirrup pants... those were totes dibble... I used to wear the elastic not under my foot... but under my shoe. Yeah, I know... don't be jealous of how cool I am. It takes work...

Squiggle pins were mentioned a few times in the books...my older sister had pink squiggle earrings back in the late 80's. I thought they were incredibly cool. Or should I say, they were dibbly fresh?
