^Is that from Full House theme song? "Whatever happened to predictability, the newspaper, the something, the evening TV. Everywhere you look, there's a heart, a hand to hold onto...etc." Lol and I haven't watched FH in forever. Very close! It's "the milkman, the paperboy, evening tv."

Thanks for the correct info, Starrynight. Uncle Jesse was my favorite on this show. He had a good heart, loved his family and as a bonus could sing plus was handsome. I'll have to check out an episode online sometime soon. Thinking about it, part of the theme song, "old familiar friends waiting around the bend," applies to all of us and re-reading the BSC books.

I was around Stephanie's age when the show first aired, so I was too young to appreciate John Stamos, but now??? Oh my lord, he is one good looking man. Something else I love about the series to get the thread back on topic.....hmmm....I love that there was a little something for everyone. Sports, shopping, holidays, school stuff, baby-sitting (obviously), serious issues, school, family life, boyfriends. No matter what you were into, there was a place for it in the BSC world.

I agree, John Stamos is very good-looking! I didn't care for the mullet he sported in season one, but after he got his hair cut at the beginning of season two, he was much hotter! Back on topic I love the series because it's like hanging out with old friends. The kind that you can just pick up with right where you left off, no matter how long it's been since you last saw them.

I think John Stamos is cute now, but I don't remember thinking much about him when watching Full House originally. I've always been a light colored hair/eyes kinda gal. (But not a Joey fan because EW he played with puppets.)
One of the reasons that I like the series (or any series, really) is because once you've read a few then you're set with the characters and back-story. You don't spend the first third of the book trying to remember names and who is connected to who, etc. I like that you know what's going on from the first page of each book.

The only reason why I read the series is because I love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love Mary Anne . . . for some reason . . . or reasons . . . or reason.

Haha, love the Stamos posts.
We've had a few posters who've professed their Mary Anne love, I think. Wonder why she was such a popular character? I loved her too because I identified with her, but as a kid I was always more interested in the Stacey and Claudia storylines.

I love all the John Stamos talk!
I love The BSC because it brings me back to my childhood. I love how good and happy I feel when I read the books.

Zour3, Full House is my favorite TV show in the entire universe! I am OBSESSED with the show! I even know the theme song by heart...but I don't know if anyone wants me to type out the song ;D Lol...I drive everyone in my family crazy by singing the theme song a thousand times a day. Or saying 'You got it, dude', 'How rude!', 'Pin a rose on your nose', and 'Oh my lanta'. Gosh...I should watch an episode soon. I only have the Season 1 and 3 DVD. I'm thinking of putting the complete set of Full House on my Christmas wish list ;D
