Both my first and middle names have been used in books, but for really minor characters...

My last name isn't in any BSC books. The only name of mine that has been used in a BSC book is my middle name, Michelle. Wasn't that one of the girls from the Babysitters Agency in Truth About Stacey?

A little girl at my church plays softball, and her team is called The Bashers. I had to smile when I saw her shirt.

^ That is so cute. ;D I wonder if there are any "Krushers" anywhere. Maybe some "Crushers" but I doubt any with the K misspelling. ;D

Today, at work, I met Ben Brewer. I thought of you guys. Well, first I thought of Karen, then I thought of you guys.

^LOL
What was your reaction when he said his name was Ben Brewer? I'd have been like, "Oh, my lord! So you're the one who haunts the....Never mind." :-)

How charmingly obscure he might have found it.

I would have been going crazy with the Ben Brewer name. ;D Something about the whole idea of the ghost of Ben Brewer - including the name - makes me laugh.

It was weird. I think he thinks I'm crazy. He's all nice, and normal, introducing himself, and I hear Ben Brewer, think "hey, aren't supposed to be dead" and "wow, that is NOT how I pictured old Ben Brewer." By then my mouth was kind of gaping open, and I'm probably checking out this old, balding guy, who gives me this look, and I'm all "really?" and he's like all giving me this look like I'm completely crazy, and I try to compose myself and shrug it off and introduce myself properly, but by then it was a lost cause.
Okay, so that all happened in the span of about 10 seconds, and I'm sure most of it is in my head. But it was still crazy weird. Too bad he was just a consultant whom I will never see again.

I know I have mentioned this probably a zillion times, haha, but I'm a Kristen. I always HATED how they spelled it Kristin and I especially hated how Kristy didn't like being called Kristin. I was always like wth is wrong with it, Kristy?!?!?!?!
And my last name is in the book (it's super common). My sister's name is also in the books, but Kari, not Kerry. Oh and I have a brother Jeff. My other sister is Heather, I don't think that's ever used, but I could be wrong.

I think Heather is one of the girls at Camp Mohawk in Summer Vacation, sotypical. I remember since I knew a lot of Heathers and found it strange that the name wasn't used more in the books.
