^^Me tutti frutti. I blame it on calculus. I used to be good at math, then I took calculus, and whoosh--gone. I always joke with my husband that I married him so I didn't have to do math anymore--he's good at it.

Every time I read or hear something about someone picking lots of strawberries I think of Stacey's Ex Boyfriend. ;D

Anything math-related hurts my head ;D I'm lousy at higher math but I can easily flip fractions around in my head. This comes from much cooking and baking, and halving of recipes.

I hate math, always have. I have always love reading and English. Oddly, I have always been better at math, and received high grades in all of my classes, even higher in college, which is how I found myself tutoring children in math and high schoolers in Algebra and Geometry (which I don't understand much).

I'm not a math person either. I liked geometry and did well in that, but man I did not like calculus.

I had two references within the past week 1. my mom wanted to know the place where the John Lennon and Rosemary's Baby happened. I told her it was the Dakota and told her that I learned it from the BSC 2. I saw a junior mints candy at the store and I immediately thought of Kristy's Big Day at the movie theatre when they were spilling them on people

I went to get groceries today and I took a detour through the snack aisle (I usually NEVER buy anything from that aisle) I saw some Cape Cod chips and decided I had to buy them because they were mentioned in a Claudia book. They weren't too bad for a chip, either!

^ I also really like Jr. Mints but they always make me think of that episode on Seinfeld. ;D My uncle is a huge Seinfeld fan and we always joke about that episode so when my mom had surgery several years ago, he came to the hospital with a box of Jr. Mints and said he would drop one in her to make sure she didn't get an infection. ;D I don't remember them being mentioned in many BSC books but haven't read Big Day for a while so maybe that's why.
