A kid I used to sit for used to make me prepare him a Fluffenutter sandwhich every day. I was always curious to try the stuff but never have. Its reeeeeally gooey and hard to spread on bread though. And to clean up too. That Fiesta Burger that Robert eats in "Stacey VS. the BSC" sounds yummy... In an artery clogging kind of way. Guacamole, salsa, melted cheese, and chili...

Mmm, fluffernutter. The lunch time main course of my childhood. (And also peanut butter and banana sandwiches. And classic PB&J)
Lots of burgers in the BSC world sound great. Artery clogging indeed, but great!

Ha, my cousins had that last week. They kept asking for fluff, which turned out to be white gooey stuff that I'd never seen in my life. Definitely a regional thing. They also have nutella sandwiches, which makes me think of gnus, and that's just weird.

There is nothing weird about Nutella sandwiches. Weird would be NOT trying to find a vehicle to carry Nutella to your stomach. I wish it came in juice boxes.

Way to make it sound even more appealing, fairy3lf2 Sorry. I guess I wanted to show that while I liked it, not everybody did.

Does anyone remember how they always used to mention Stacey eating Frookies (I think), cookies that were sweetened with fruit juice instead of sugar? Do these actually exist?

I always thought they sounded heaps nice. Once Claudia was talking about Fig Newtons, Cherry Newtons and I think she had a few more flavours of them. They're all real stuff, right?

Just how it was pronounced before I knew what it was made me think of weird things. Newtons are fruit and cake!

I used to think 'Fig Newtons' was just the brand name cause I had no idea what a fig was. I still don't really, but it sounds yucky.

Wait, wait, what? Newtowns are fruit and cake?! I always thought that Fig Newtons were some kind of biscuit...
For the longest time, I thought that the ice cream sandwiches that they ate in Mallory and the Trouble With Twins was ice cream on bread.

I hate fig newtons and maybe it makes it worse that people always used to tease me and call me "Fig" because my last name is Newton. Wonder if Jamie in the BSC books ever will get this.

Fig newtons are a cookie. They're kind of, um, jellyish stuff surrounded by cookie.
