for me it was "stacey's big crush" cause i too had like the hugest crush on a student teacher and this was back in 2003 and im still obsessed with him which is ridiculous.
also the #4 mary anne book in the FF series because im pretty shy like her and it was nice seeing her stand up for herself and finally "logan likes mary anne" cause i too ran out of my bday party when i was 12 and i could relate to that also her not wanting to dance at school dances.

All these teacher crushes! I've never had one, probably because most of my teachers were women and/or old hairy dudes.

i think i was allowed to use eyeliner when i was 14, but i think a lot of young teen girls go way too heavy on the makeup. (says the girl who yesterday ordered false eyelashes from mac, thinking that they would be better for everyday wear than mascara...) I think I can relate to 'Mary Anne Saves the Day'. My parents aren't super strict, but they just let me use eyeliner while my friend, who is going to be 14 soon, has used it for a while. I was able to get one because I told my mom I would pay for it myself.

I felt like I could relate to it because I felt shy and lonely whenever I fought with my friends just like MA did when she and the BSC had that huge fight. Her sitting alone at lunch is probably something I would've ended up doing (I never did that, fortunately .

I've had maybe a couple I was in love with my Writing teacher in Grade 10 because he was soo cute and really funny and nice - the crush died off but my respect and liking for him didn't - you could say things to him almost like he was another student, and you wouldn't get in trouble, and to this day I still say he was one of the best teachers I ever had. Sometimes I called him nuisance, because he used to call me names, too! lol, there weren't many teachers I could get off with calling that! He was only in his early 20's and he was great

I can relate to Mary Anne's obsession with Tigger. I love my cats more than I love most people.

I can sort of relate to "Kristy and the Seccret of Susan", because, like Susan, I sort of have a calendar in my head. Ever since I was a little kid, I could tell people what day of the week their next birthday would be on, and if I think extra hard for a few moments, I could tell them what day of the week they were born on. I'm serious.

(jokingly of course) and he'll just kid right back... he's also kind of cute in a nerdy big nosed lanky geeky kind of way... but i also went for those nerdy types anyway ;D explorenation.blogspot.com/2008/02/steven-termini-featured-artist-series.htmlokay was a dork and looked him up on google and someone posted a blog about him

I can really relate to Mallory Hates Boys (And Gym). I'm a terrible athlete and I used to loathe gym class. It was okay the days we played soccer or basketball or football because I could blend in with the crowd and pretend to participate and everybody knew not to give me the ball. Man, I dreaded the days we had to play softball or volleyball because I screwed up no matter how hard I tried. In softball I always struck out when I was at bat, and when my team was in the outfield I always played deep right field (I think it was right field) and prayed nobody would hit the ball to me. In volleyball I could never serve the ball over the net, and if the ball ever came my way I'd involuntarily duck, just like Mallory. Once when I was in the 6th grade I got hit in the face by a volleyball, and some of the other kids thought it was funny, the meanie mo's. The worst thing about it was that some of the other girls were really gung-ho athletes and treated gym like it was the Olympic Games and got really mad if somebody screwed up, like some of Mallory's classmates. They just didn't get that everybody's not as athletic as they were. I would've gladly spent my time washing pennies if it meant getting to miss out on that.

I can sort of relate to Stacey's Ex-Best Friend. I've never had a big friendship ending fight like that, but I've had some close friendships fizzle out. I guess we just outgrew the relationships. It's strange cause I didn't notice us going our separate ways until after the fact.

It's strange cause I didn't notice us going our separate ways until after the fact. I have a bunch of friendships like that. I actually had one where I made a point to go the friend and be like "What happened here? I don't even know why we're not friends anymore. I hate this. This sucks." And they agreed, and we're working on rebuilding it. And that makes me happy. In most cases, though, I just look back on them and try to think of the good times. :/
